PT is an amazing summer drink originating from Zadar- a mix of pelin liquer produced by and a tonic, such a clever idea to put the mix together in a can - I can already see it will be a hit drink this summer in the frigo bags for the beach... until than, I had a perfect opportunity to try it aboard a boat 🤩

Today's workshop was part of the Zadar Region Days project, but in the summer it will be a weekly event, drawing powered by and amazing food from Konoba Santo 🤗 the bonus bit: you get to take home a very unique, DIY suvenire to remember our wee island 🏝

Very unique fish gourmet experiene on the island Ugljan 🍽

I tried a variety of gourmet fish produce such as: marinated tuna and anchovies, peppers stuffed with tuna pate, soup made from dried shark and dried dogfish, brudet (fish stew), tuna stake and some traditional desert: fritule and krostule.

I have worked as a tour guide for more than a decade, all around Croatia, with the last couple of years focusing specifically on the Zadar area as we are located here. I'm always trying to find the best experience to offer to my clients.

How horrible it is to arrive with your dog in a pet friendly villa to see their dog be treated like this? We own a staffy and they are completely wrong bread to be used as a guard dog, they thrive from the connection with their owner and cuddles on the sofa. Our initial instinct is to cut this chain off but we know we can't so we settled for giving him some fresh water and food 🥺

To all our dear clients I didn’t respond in time, so sorry but the struggle is real. Two toddlers and no family close by. Next year we will rebrand and push hard, this year only accepting very few tours, but hopefully will reply and share tips of what to do and where to go if you’ve got kids (and dogs)! When you have two kids and need to choose a restaurant priorities change: big closed terrace (on the picture without tables as it was raining earlier on, but how gorgeous is it), kids friendly staff and great food that can be altered due to little picky eaters. Absolutely loved it! Recommend 10/10

If you’re ever in Zadar and needing a bite but don’t want to spend hours waiting for your food to be ready and need something delicious- we know just the place - a perfect combination of master chef food and easy bites to eat, they call it street food! Delicious 😋 lots of flavours and first Croatian version of fish and chips and all that with a perfect view, close to the sea front and to the Old town, in a gorgeous park providing shade from soon to be really hot sun ☀️
