📢HAMAG-BICRO has launched 1st Call for Proposals for the cooperation of micro and small enterprises in the border area of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro within the Small Project Fund – EmBRACE project (Enhancing MSEs sustainaBle gRowth And CompEtitiveness).

💶The EU amount allocated to the 1st Call is EUR 3,000,000.00

ℹ️The EmBRACE project is financed as part of the Interreg VI-A Programme IPA Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021-2027, with funds from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the IPA III Fund.
In the project, the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union Funds of the Republic of Croatia plays the role of the Managing Authority, while the Croatian Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises, Innovations and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO) is the beneficiary of the Small Project Fund (SPF).

At the meeting of the Monitoring Committee, held in Mostar on 23 April 2024, the financing of an additional 24 projects was approved as part of the first call of the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021 – 2027, bringing the total number of approved projects within this call to 33.

🎉Ceremonial awarding of the Contract to HAMAG-BICRO for EmBRACE project with a total value of 11.7 million EUR

In order to stimulate the growth of companies and support their tendencies towards digital transformation, Programme established the Small Project Fund (SPF) for micro and small businesses as final recipients

The handbook will serve as a tool for:

The final conference of the Interreg IPA cross-border Programme Croatia - Bosnia and Herzegovina - Montenegro 2014 - 2020

At the final conference 👉 "Shaping the future together" which was held on 12 December in Podgorica, Montenegro, with the participation of representatives of all three countries of the Programme area, the results achieved during financial period 2014-2020 were presented.💪

Within the Programme, institutions and organizations from 3️⃣ countries implemented a total of 5️⃣9️⃣ projects, which were supported by the EU with EUR 5️⃣7️⃣. 2️⃣ million.

Our ERI Health project financed within Programme ended on 14 November 2023!👏

The main objective of the ERI Health project was to is to improve quality and accessibility of public health services in cross-border epidemics and emergencies. 💪

Трајање пројекта: 15. 1. 2021 - 14. 11. 2023.
Укупан буџет пројекта: 1.094.849,54 евра
Износ суфинансирања од стране ЕУ: 930.622,11 евра

Три институције партнера – ЈЗУ Институт за јавно здравство Републике Српске (водећи партнер), Завод за јавно здравство Сисачко-мославачке жупаније и Институт за јавно здравље Црне Горе, у оквиру Приоритетне осе 1- Побољшање квалитета услуга јавног здравства и социјалне заштите у програмском подручју Interreg IPA Програма прекограничне сарадње Хрватска-Босна и Херцеговина-Црна Гора, провели су у периоду од 15. 1. 2021. до 14. 11. 2023. године Пројекат „Јавноздравствена спремност за епидемије и ванредне ситуације које прелазе границе држава (ERI-Health)“.

Општи циљ пројекта био је побољшање квалитете и доступности услуга у области јавног здравства, кроз прекограничну сарадњу у епидемијама и ванредним ситуацијама. Пројекат је омогућио унапређење здравственог система у борби против вируса и заразних болести кроз едукацију стручног кадра, као и кроз набавку додатне лабораторијске и дијагностичке опреме.

За двије и по године, колико је трајао пројекат, одржано је седам едукација за епидемиологе, четири едукације за санитарне инжењере, једна тродневна едукација за докторе породичне медицине и 401 полазник је успјешно завршио едукације.
Партнери су развили и реализовали три заједничка програма едукације о превенцији, контроли, надзору, дијагностици и лијечењу заразних болести са фокусом на антропозоонозе (укључујући COVID-19) и векторске болести. Програми едукације су акредитовани као континуирани програм едукације у Републици Српској од стране Министарства здравља и социјалне заштите у Влади Републике Српске, у Републици Хрватској од Хрватске лијечничке коморе, а акредитација добијена у Републици Српској је призната и важећа у Црној Гори.

У оквиру Interreg IPA CBC програма прекограничне сарадње, сва три партнера извршили су набавку рачунарске опреме укупне вриједности око 72.900 евра.
У циљу јачања лабораторијских капацитета и пружања бољих здравствених услуга, два института, у Републици Српској и Црној Гори, те Завод у Сиску, извршили су набавку лабораторијске и дијагностичке опреме, која је омогућила институцијама да пруже адекватан одговор на јавноздравствене претње и правовремено предузимање мјера заштите. Укупна вриједност лабораторијске опреме за све три установе је 575.004,04 евра.

Око 36.000 пацијената добило је унапријеђену дијагностичку услугу за антропозоонозе (укључујући COVID-19) и векторске заразне болести.

Пројектни партнери су, такође, током реализације пројекта набавили значајну опрему за вршење надзора над комарцима те континуирано тестирали прикупљене узорке/комарце на присуство одређених вируса које они могу пренијети на људе. Током досадашњих анализа нису утврђени позитивни узорци. У оквиру пројекта набављена су и четири возила за транспорт узорака у систему хладног ланца.

У оквиру пројекта израђено је пет стандардних оперативних процедура за координисано реаговање: COVID-19, грозница Западног Нила, хеморагијска грозница са бубрежним синдромом, Q грозница и лајшманијаза. Креирање процедура за пружање прекограничне помоћи у спречавању преношења болести је настало из потребе за међусобном сарадњом сусједних држава с циљем боље координације у борби против могућих прекограничних пријетњи и примјене заједничких рјешења у спречавању преношења болести у подручју заједничког дјеловања.
Израђено је седам билтена и пет инфографика који су достављени доносиоцима одлука, здравственим установама, порталима и општој јавности те промотивни материјали на којима је осигурана видљивост пројекта и који су подјељени заинтересованим странама и циљним групама.

У оквиру пројекта одржано је 155 састанака пројектног тима, тима за израду стандардних оперативних процедура, Управног одбора пројекта, чланова радних група, тимова за комуникацију, финансијских координатора пројекта….
Пројектом су, једном рјечју, побољшани стандарди заштите на раду и омогућени бољи услови за пружање здравствених услуга. Заједничком сарадњом пројектни партнери су у протекле двије и по године ојачали своје капацитете и успоставили прекограничну сарадњу која ће омогућити адекватан одговор на јавноздравствене пријетње.

European Week of Regions and Cities🥳

Our project CREATIVE@CBC , funded within 2nd Call for proposals of Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014-2020 was presented at the European Week of Regions and Cities, an event organized by the European Commission and the European Committee of the Regions. 💪

The project was presented at the session titled: „EU Cooperation Projects Enhancing People’s Skills in the Western Balkans“ by Mr. Goran Rodić from the Development Agency of the City of Prijedor – PREDA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), which was a Lead Partner of the project CREATIVE@CBC.

Our Programme was also presented at the Event at the session titled: „Breaking Barriers to Tourism: Cross-border Cooperation at the EU’s External Borders“ by Mr. Kristijan Futač, Head of Joint Secretariat.😎

Minister of Regional Development and EU Funds of the Republic of Croatia, Mr. Šime Erlić, and State Secretary, Mr. Domagoj Mikulić, also participated in the sessions organized within the European Week of Regions and Cities.

Programme celebrated this year’s Interreg Cooperation Day 2023 in Split and in Pučišća under the slogan „Year of Skills“. 🥳🎉

On 26 September in Split, the Interreg Cooperation Day was celebrated with students of Pomorski fakultet - Sveučilište u Splitu with the opportunity to learn about the Programme and explore ways in which they can actively participate in projects. 📚
The first day was concluded with a visit to the Croatian Maritime Museum in Split, which was project partner in Wrecks4all project financed through our Programme.🛥⛵️

On 27 September, the celebration continued in Pučišća, on the beautiful island of Brač, in Stonemasonry School – the only school that educates future masters of stonemasonry by using ancient Roman hand tools in the teaching and learning process. The event aimed to present this skill to the entire European community, highlighting its significance and cultural heritage.🏝

The celebration of the Interreg Cooperation Day 2023 in Split and Pučišća was a successful event that aimed to promote Interreg and encourage active participation in projects, while at the same time showing successful Programme achievements, rich cultural heritage and unique skills of the Programme area.🫶💪

Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat are pleased to inform you that within the 1st Call for Proposals of the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2021-2027, which was officially and successfully closed on 2 August, 2️⃣1️⃣7️⃣ applications were received.

With 💶 EUR 41,095,300.00 (EU funds) available for projects addressing the Programme’s four Priority Axes and six Specific Objectives, the applicants requested almost 💶 EUR 280 million (EU funds).

Wrecks4all project aims to create an innovative tourism offer based on the underwater cultural heritage of the Eastern Adriatic region. The project area has many authentic shipwrecks and other underwater heritage sites that are highly regarded among tourists, and in particular among the scuba diving community
