It offers a wide variety of top quality local and homemade products ranging from wines, olive oils and cheeses to prosciutto, truffles, salt and oysters, all of which are used to prepare meals in original and creative ways. Furthermore, Tureta offers culinary courses where one participates from getting the provisions on the local markets to making fine dishes, under supervision of the aces of the profession.
