• interesting: originally was made of only sugar and cream, but that was too easy to burn so the recipe changed over time

🎉 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 - 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲! 🦁💦

25 months of hard work, and we've done it! The legendary over 100-year-old bridge is reborn, just in time for the 150th birthday of Budapest! 🌉🎂

Some pillars got a makeover, and our fierce lion statues are looking better than ever with shiny new teeth! 😬

But, shhh... did you know the bridge holds fascinating secrets? We found a cannonball from Ottoman times and some ancient bridge pieces during our underwater adventure! 🏰💦

Commuting just got fun – cars are out, and we have everything else covered! 🛵🚲🛶 Oh, and let's not forget our hilarious Lego lion – a star during the restoration! 🦁😂
With teamwork, determination, and a touch of magic, we brought this beauty back to life! 🌟💪

Cheers to the Buda-side, Pest-side, and everything in between! Let's keep this bridge standing tall for another 150 years! 🥳✨

It has some personal recommendations, and all the main sights you can’t miss when you come to Budapest.

The amount of things included and the order is based on the interests, requests, energy and timing preference of my guests so far.

• have some Hungarian local cash - FORINT- with you, almost all places accept cards, but it’s good to be sure (public toilets almost always only take cash)

•don't be afraid to use the public transport, it’s very easy and super convenient, there’s an app as well - BudapestGO

•where on the bill the service fee is included, we normally don’t tip more

•for local souvenirs go to the markets or to local small designer shops - they even have typical souvenirs like bags and magnets but not the mainstream designs

•the main staircase of the Opera house is open to public worth going in its beautiful

•the funicular to go up to the castle district of Buda is very overpriced, there are several better ways to go up - walk or take the bus

•in summer season and around Christmas book in advance to most places - main attractions and good restaurants can be very busy even the spas

•search for garden bars in the summer there are tons of them and in warm nights they are amazing
