We were honored to have our valued client choose Budapest as the venue for their annual Football Tournament ⚽, and to entrust UNDERGUIDE with the co-organization of a whole incentive of 1.000 Guests.

While football was the main focus during the three days, our team ensured the guests also experienced the wonders of the beautiful Budapest at a nighttime dinner and party cruise on Central Europe’s largest and most equipped river event ship on the magnificent Danube. 🛥 ️🎉

The intense matches took place at one of the biggest football academies in the CEE region, providing a professional experience. The excitement continued with a truly memorable closing event that lasted until dawn at one of the most popular clubs in downtown Budapest. 🌙

We have worked for months to create every detail of this truly unforgettable event, again & always. Every minute of work was worth it as the best souvenir, and every guest takes home a once-in-a-lifetime memory. 💫

An unforgettable 24-hour trip for 300 colleagues of the Dutch SAP.

Embarking on a whirlwind of unique experiences within just 24 hours is no small feat. The Dutch SAP has chosen Budapest as the location for their kick-off meeting, and we went all in to make the most out of it. ✨
From enjoying a delightful lunch with a view at the Fisherman's Bastion to a strategic meeting where Turpinszky Gippert Béla opera singer added a special touch by singing Nessun Dorma 🎶, followed by a glamorous gala dinner at Főőrség és Lovarda featuring an exclusive DJ set by Mr. Vasovski, and concluding with a cool night out at Doboz – every moment was meticulously planned.

Before heading home, an inspiring keynote speech and a special lunch awaited at the Szépművészeti Múzeum. We hope that the blend of business, culture, and arts made this journey memorable for a lifetime.🎇
