"I've had the opportunity to stay at MALM apartment in Budapest several times now, the latest being for 3 weeks in May 2024.
It has a great view over the northeast portion of the city. I enjoyed watching thunderstorms through the patio doors and balcony.
Located a few mins just down the hill from stunning Buda Castle and a 5 min walk from the large Mamut mall (that has a grocery store also.), as well as access to the Metro, buses and trams.
Walking approximately 10 mins in a southern direction and you will be standing at the Danube directly in front of the Hungarian Parliament Building on the opposite shore - a stunning structure and view. (The view of the Parliament Building from Buda Castle at night is an absolute must see as well!)
Aniko is a great hostess with detailed instructions for using the apartment and is always available for questions, replying to one's emails or messages quite quickly.
It's a GREAT apartment, always very clean with easy access to most of the city. There isn't much more one could ask for in a vacation rental.
