It was such a wonderful full day, very active day with sooo much fun with my lovely guests from US🤗🥰

All Day we were in the countryside:
On the way to Lake Balaton we stopped at the Bory -Castle ( most romantic castle with the most unique story🏰) .
After we had a delicious and great lunch with winetasting ( and “palinka” tasting too) at Lake Balaton , then explored Tihany, the North Part of the Lake, we had amazing views , took the ferry across the lake🛳️
It was such a beautiful day☀️, I made new friends🙌, I always do🙂
I have the best Job❤️

A wonderful 2 days tour with my super lovely guests from Florida🤗☀️
Part 1

On the 1st day we explored the main highlights of Budapest: the Old town, Castle district, we took the Funicular , visited downtown and we headed to the Heroes’ Square in the City Park, stopped at the Vajdahunyad Castle and had a super delicious lunch in Gundel restaurant🤗😋

I had a wonderful Mother- Daughter tour in Budapest, I took them to the highest point of Budapest, the Elisabeth lookout tower, had a fun ride with the chairlift. On the top beautiful scenary was waiting us❤️🤩.
Later we explored the Margaret Island, so peaceful and colorful. It was great sitting by the Musical Fountain while listening some of the famous hits.🎶

Budapest has so much to offer, never enough, there is always something, something special, new, unique🤗

Beautiful colors after rain at Lake Balaton🤗🥰
I highly recommend to have a trip to the Lake and visit Tihany and Balatonfüred, you can enjoy nice walks among the cobblestone streets, along the promenade, visit the Abbey , enjoy lunch/dinner at one of the restaurants with panoramic views and of course take a boat trip around Sunset time🤩

We went to the top of Gellért Hill to enjoy the panorama of Budapest then we went inside the unique Cave Church at the bottom of the Hill.
The rest of the day we spent in Szentendre, in the countryside🤗❤️

Amazing 3 days with my guests from US and Scotland🥰
So lovely, funny and nice ladies🤗
We covered so much during the 3 days:

Day 1st:
We had a half day walking tour to the Castle district in the Old Town. We started at the famous New York Cafe, took a walk on Andrássy Avenue , saw the Opera house, arrived to downtown : passed by the St. Stephen’s Basilica, then we walked through the Chain Bridge, took the Funicular up to the Castle district, where we explored the Fisherman’s Bastion, the Matthias Church, the Buda Caste , all with amazing panoramic views🥰🤗

Day 2:
We started at the Central Market Hall for some shopping, after we went to the City Center to grab lunch: this time the famous hungarian street food, the Lángos, then for dessert we took the Chimney cake. We explored the Jewish district, the unique Szimpla ruinbar, markets with local vendors, designers then we headed to the City Park, to the Heroes’ Square, walked in the courtyard of the fairytale Vajdahunyad Castle , went to the House of Museum and passed by the Ethnography Museum building.

I’ve spent a wonderful day with my lovely guests from Australia🌺☀️
We had a 5 hours walking tour and covered such main highlights, like: the Heroes’ Square , Vajdahunyad Castle, Anonymus statue, House of Music, Ethnography Museum in the City Park- we used the historical underground, the yellow line to reach the City Park from downtown. On the way back we stopped for few minutes at the Opera House. After we continued our walk and reached the St.Stephen’s Basilica, the famous Gerbeaud Cafe and Vaci street.

We crossed the first permanent bridge of Budapest, the Chain Bridge to arrive to Old town. We went up to the Buda Castle and covered the Castle Garden, Buda Castle, Fisherman’s Bastion and Matthias Church.
All day we had sun, beautiful clouds, this made my city to look even more amazing😍
I am so happy I meet all the time wonderful people🤗

Summer days vs. Autumn days in Budapest☀️☔️
It was so great to be part of the early summer days last week and during the weekend🤗.
Today the temperature suddenly dropped and it was quite chilly and will stay this way for a few more days. Bring some warm clothes as well, you never know these days, the weather can really surprise us🤷🏻‍♀️

One thing is for sure, my city is Always Beautiful , every day, every season😍
