Breathtaking Hungary: Dohány Street Synagogue
Breathtaking sights and impressive dimensions: see the Dohány Street Synagogue from a point of view that cannot be experienced by just walking on the street next to it and not even as a visitor.
This is the largest synagogue in Europe, and what's more, one of the largests in the world, but what is exciting is not only its size and beauty but also the fact that you can wander around a small world full of exhibitions, sacred places, cemetery memorials and monuments when you enter here.

Breathtaking Hungary: Heroes' Square
Heroes' Square (besides Kossuth Square at the Parliament) is indisputably one of Budapest's and the country's main squares: extremely spacious and, thanks to the Millennium Monument, an environment with a particularly imposing atmosphere, with the Museum of Fine Arts and the Kunsthalle on its two sides. Little wonder that this place is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The monument, with its renowned angel, is currently being renovated, so we have brought you a video about it: this way, you can still enjoy its beauty.

Breathtaking Hungary: St. Stephen's Basilica
In this spectacular video, we present you one of the architectural masterpieces of Hungary, and we picked angles that make this little clip even more fascinating.
The construction of the St Stephen's Basilica in Budapest took more than 50 years, three designers worked on it, and at one stage of the construction it almost totally collapsed. Despite this, a wonderful work was born, one of the most significant church buildings not only in the capital, but in whole Hungary. A relic of our founding king, his presumed right hand, is kept here. A fabulous view awaits on the panorama terrace. A must-see!

If you visit Budapest, don't miss the Buda Castle Funicular
The Buda Castle Funicular was built in 1870 on the initiative of Ödön Széchenyi and operated without problems until the Second World War when it was unfortunately destroyed. It was rebuilt very late, only in the 1980s, but the positive side of this delay is that it now has an electric drive and modern background infrastructure.
If someone wants to get up to the Castle District in a more interesting way than the bus, and would also like to enjoy the World Heritage view while doing so, they should definitely try this spectacular way of public transport.

If you visit Budapest: don't miss the Párisi Udvar
The Párisi Udvar was originally created as the headquarters of a bank and later became the centre of the national travel company. It contained an amazingly looking shopping passage as well, but in the socialist era, this architectural masterpiece was neglected. Somewhat later, in 2014, an investor bought the whole building and made a full renovation: this is the lovely state you see today; it hosts the luxurious Párisi Udvar Hotel Budapest, and the legendary passage is visitable for anyone.
