Easter is one of my favorite holidays because it’s a holiday that includes chocolate and bunnies 🐰

And I think one of the other reasons that Easter has always been on the top of my favorite holiday list is the season. I love Spring. Not just because my birthday 🥳🎂 is in Spring but this is the season of rebirth.

I love witnessing the green spaces of Budapest coming alive again after the dead of winter. I love seeing the trees bud with new leaves and city parks turn green seemingly overnight. I love seeing flowers literally bursting out of every flower bed of the city that I pass during my daily walks.

Where are my fellow spring lovers? Give me some ❤️

When it is cold outside I love eating spicy, heartwarming soups because that healthy salad isn’t going to warm up my toes 😉

Traditional Hungarian goulash soup is one of my favorites. A winter warmer soup with bold flavors is amazingly delicious and comforting 😋

It's the most wonderful time of the year 🎄🎁🍾

The Christmas season in Budapest is a really special time with thousands and millions of holiday lights.

The city is filled with Christmas markets and Christmas trees, ice skating rinks, decorated avenues and stores. You can feel the magic in the air. I love it sooooo much
