Rejang dance is a traditional Balinese dance to welcome and entertain the gods who come from Khayangan and come down to Earth. This rejang dance is specifically performed during a traditional or religious ceremony of the Hindu community in Bali. The movements of this dance are very simple but contain deep meaning.

Yesterday when I attended the Ngenteg Linggih ceremony, I watched the Topeng dance performance.
The word "topeng" means mask in Indonesian. The dance is accompanied by gamelan music. It is believed that the use of masks is related to the cult of the ancestors, which considered dancers the interpreters of the gods.
This is a ceremony to honor people who have passed away.

Goa Rangreng Waterfall is one of some beautiful waterfalls in Bali. The atmosphere is very calm. As usual, this waterfall is visited by many visitors every day. But we were very lucky because my friend had chosen the right time to visit this place. We have visited some interesting places that day, it was really fun.
The situation in this temple is very calm and quiet. We have been to this temple for a ceremony that we call Nunas Tirta. Nunas Tirta means taking holy water from a holy place such as a temple, then we take the water home ( to the village or temple) to complete a ceremony. Of course, in collecting the holy water, we were assisted by a holy man, namely Jero Mangku. We also offered quite a lot of offerings in the process of collecting the holy water. This temple is located in the eastern region of Bali Island.

Welcome to Balinese culture.
Yesterday we did the Ngulapin Ceremony. This event is part of the Ngaben ceremony, a big ceremony for our ancestors or family who have died. First we performed the ceremony at Prajapati Temple, which is a temple located in a cemetery. After that we went to Dalem Temple. Then we went to a temple near the beach. And I took this video when we came back from the beach to the main place where the ceremony will be held for the next few days. But we were very lucky because it didn't rain during the ceremony.
