Keepin it real post #8943894734 😅 The humidity, sea salt, etc means things in Bali don't stay pristine. Who hasn't seen a bit of a rusty shower head, or green moss around pools, non pure white walls even at a 5+ star resort with big bucks per night? Villas including ours are no different. Whilst we strive to maintain a budget friendly price we also work towards keeping things up to scratch as best as possible. This week we are closed for some maintenance and disinfecting/service to our aircons. There will always be standard wear and tear we are not a 5* resort (even though we've stayed in some with the same presentation) but our staff work tirelessly to maintain a clean hygienic comfy place for your Bali trip! My Bali trips personally are not 100% instaworthy posts...majority of the time its to ensure sufficient maintenance is taking place...I may or may not have picked up a few handyman skills myself whilst here... BUT I STILL L❤️VE IT!!

Good morning from Chilly Perth 🥶 Just an FYI we have been advised yesterday by staff that there are road repairs (resurfacing) occurring on our beloved Jln Mataram. Staff have provided video footage of the first villa Mataraz1 inside and around the pool so that I could check any noise issues and it appears to be all good. If anything there may be some minor disruption, the street looks like "gravel" currently however it wasn't the best prior to this (Bali Roads!) so we are happy we are going to have a nice road soon. I will attach videos of the villa in this post and in the comments, as mentioned taken yesterday, and Mel our lovely owner of Keris down the road went out to show me the actual road... I will attach this video also (apologies in advance for language) Would of been great if they did this during the pandemic but thats Bali for you! Any questions feel free to message... as always we like to provide up to date information, pictures so all our guests are always in the loop with no surprises :)
