BROMO IJEN PHOTOGRAPHY TRIP 4D/3N

As I wrote in a previous article that Mount Bromo is a favorite place not only for tourists but also for photographers. Including destinations to Ijen crater which is famous for its natural source of sulfur to make a favorite spot for photographers. In addition to the Ijen crater photographed directly sulfur miners also we can take pictures of natural phenomena such as the Blue Fire at night or Milky way. The sulfur miners can carry sulfur with an average weight of 60-80 kg.

Therefore, the program photo tour is very interesting to follow and you will certainly bring home a spectacular photographs.

ITINERARY:

TRAVEL ITINERARY (Subjected to changes)

DAY 1
a. Flight
b. Arrival at Juanda International Airport ( Surabaya )
c. Lunch at the nearest restaurant.
05:00pm > Expected arrival at Bromo, Check-In at Cemara Indah Hotel.
06:00pm > Rest at Cemara Indah Bromo
08:00pm > Dinner at Bromo.
10:00pm > Rest & Sleeping Time or Night Photography.

DAY 2
03:00 am > Morning Call.
03:30 am > Move by 4×4 Jeep for Sunrise at Penanjakan.
From here we can capture the view of Mount Bromo, Batok & Semeru.
06:00 am > Free activity at Penanjakan 01.
06:30 am > Move on to sea sand and bromo crater.
08:30 am > Back to Hotel Cemara Indah for Breakfast,

10:00 am > Check Out from Hotel & move to Ijen.
12:00 pm > Lunch otw to Ijen.
06:00 pm > Expected arrival at Ijen.
07:00 pm > Check In at Catimor home stay.
08:00 pm > Dinner at Homestay.

12:30am > Morning Call and move to Paltuding ( parking area )
02:00am > Climb the Ijen ( around 3 hours ) Blue fire photo hunt or Human Interest Photography at Factory.
06:00 am – 09:00am > at Kawah Ijen, Human interest and lanscape
09:00am > Back to Ijen main entrance.
10:00am > back to Homestay and rest
11:00pm > drive to surabaya
06:00pm > Sunset at Salt Farmer.
08:00pm > check in hotel and free program

If you want to make a tour to Mount Bromo it is not complete if you do not see the largest crater in Java (Kawah Ijen / Ijen Plateau), please refer to the program and see that we offer for the Tour Package Surabaya – Bromo – Ijen – Surabaya 3d/2n | Bromo Ijen Package tours, Mount Bromo Sunrise – Ijen tours Program itenenary detail is as follows :

Day 01. Surabaya (airport/hotel) – Cemara Lawang

We pick you up at your hotel or at the airport in Surabaya (Juanda Airport). We drive in approximately four hours to the village Cemara Lawang. We overnight in the Bromo area, where you can stay in a hotel overlooking the landscape and volcano Bromo.

Day 02. Mount Bromo sunrise tour – Ijen
You will be waken up at 03.00 o’clock in the morning, have a cup of coffee or tea before we leave for a short drive – 40 minutes – to Pananjakan, the highest viewpoint in the area to see the sun rise. But, of course, whether you are able to see the sunrise depends on the weather conditions. Then we will descend to Sea of Sand to see the crater of mount Bromo. Afterwards we go back to the hotel to have breakfast. After that we continue our trip and drive in around 4 hours to Pasir Putih Beach to have lunch at a beach side restaurant. Here after, we drive for another 3 hours before we arrive at the village Sempol/Blawan (Ijen area) to pass the night. You have time to explore the surroundings and spend some leisure time in the hotel if you like.
Day 03. Ijen trekking – Ketapang/Bali

At 12.30am you will have breakfast with coffee or tea before departing to Paltuding. Paltuding is the point from where you start trekking to mount Ijen. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half to trek the 3 kilometers to the top. On the edge of the crater you can enjoy a panorama at Ijen crater lake. Besides, you can see a lot of sulphur miners with a load of around 80 kilograms on their shoulders walking up the rim and down the slopes of the mountain. After you enjoyed the Ijen crater lake, there is still time to visit the sulphur factory where sulphur is purified and packed in the village Tamansari. Hereafter we drive you to the harbour, and program finish
