Agreement of Use;
Please be acknowledged on below Terms of Use before you use our services. This shall apply to every rental service without driver, which means you are willing to drive on your own. If you are making reservation on our service, this means you are agreed on this Terms of Use.
1. You are fully responsible on your valid documents for travel and driving license in Indonesia. Fattahu
l Rizky deemed that you are clear and shall not take any responsibility on any consequences occurred by these documents issue.
2. You are fully responsible to take a good care on our property (car) everytime you rent it. Fattahul Rizky has the right to charge you an amount should there is any damage or loss on the car property based on the amount to be spent for the repair.
3. You are agreed to drive our car property only to those agreed areas upon registration. Fattahul Rizky is not responsible for any consequences occurred for this violence and has the full right to charge you extra amount for the use.
4. You are agreed to use the car property only for travelling purpose. Fattahul Rizky holds no responsibility on any other activities which are not as per acknowledgement of the owner.
