Miss Shiriny & Friends: A Fun Walk Through Bogor’s Tea Plantation!

Last weekend, Miss Shiriny and her friends from Germany had an unforgettable adventure in Bogor! They started their day with a refreshing Tea Plantation Walk, where they enjoyed the breathtaking green hills and the fresh mountain air.

Their journey continued with a visit to an avocado farm, where they tasted fresh, creamy avocados straight from the tree! Then, they explored the beauty of Indonesian culture at Kampung Batik, where they tried traditional batik painting and learned about this centuries-old art form.

The adventure didn't stop there! They also visited a traditional honey bee farm, where they saw the honey-making process and tasted delicious raw honey. To end the day, they relaxed with a cup of local herbal tea, known for its amazing health benefits.

Exciting Nature Adventure ISJ Students with CityTour Bogor!

Today was full of fun and enthusiasm! Students from the International School Jakarta (ISJ) had an amazing experience hiking a volcano and trekking through the lush jungle with City Tour Bogor

Mount gede summit hike and sunrise
A lady solo traveller from Canada was having fun adventure trip to mount gede , West Java Indonesia. Early morning we pick her up from her hotel in Jakarta area and drove to mount gede and meet up the guide and porter. We did hiking and trekking in the jungle of mount gede up to the suryakancana meadow and built a tent. Enjoy the night at campsite with night sky.
Next early morning we woke up and did a light trek to the summit and to catch the spectacular sunrise at summit point. We saw also the crater of mount gede. we did walk between the gaping chasm on our left and right which was so challenging for our adrenaline.
We did Continue trekking down and visit the waterfalls and hotspring. Ended up trekking at parking area with different gate. We drove back to Jakarta in the evening.

suspension bridge near jakarta
family with kid from the netherlands were having fun trip visiting the longest suspension bridge in south east asia which is located about 117 km or about 2 hours driving by car from Bogor
This bridge is in the area of Mount Gede Pangrango National Park has freshly air with the green jungle of rain forest.
Fisrtly walk to reach the Suspension bridge. The staff will ask you to put the safety belt equipment into your body. Then we start walking throught the bridge which sometimes shaking up down and left right while the wind blows the bridge. It was so challengin and made our adrenaline rising up then.
Afterward, we continue trekking into the jungle to reach waterfalls. We anjoyed the nature waterfalls with crystalized and clear spring mountain water.
Afterward, we continue walking to Keranjang Sultan (Sultan bucket). We sit down on the bucket and experience flying throught the jungle with the river under us.
Afterward, we continue walking to reach the lake and enjoyed the exotic lake with mountain hills surrounded.
Drive back to car parking by motorbike, and continue driving back to Bogor

Indonesia rain forest

It's about 60km south of Jakarta or about 3 hours driving by car from Jakarta you can have experience trekking in the real rain forest.

This place is not touristic yet. If you are in good lucky then you will see some wild animals such as pigs, birds, Java eagles and Javanese leopard.
There are some beautiful nature waterfalls in the middle of Jungle of this rain forest.

The most worth it is the active volcano's crater which is located in the middle of Jungle and you Will have an amazing experience by Walking on lava floor to closely see panoramic of Crater, gass hissing, bubling cold lava and hot water, sulphur and hotspring.
