Top 10 activities in the North of Bali in the neighborhood of Bali Sea Villa’s are:
Dolphin watching, this is one of the sought-after activities in this area. A local fisherman will pick you up at 6:00 AM for a dolphin watching tour. Enjoy the sunrise when you are at the water, this is almost worth the trip. Sometimes the dolphins are close the other time you will have to sail a bit further. Almost always you will see the dolphins.
Waterfalls and hot springs
Sekumpul waterfalls. Bali has many waterfalls, but the Sekumpul waterfalls are the most spectacular. Stairs lead you to the bottom of the canyon, where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and even take a shower under the crashing water. For adventure lovers, you can go down the river to other waterfalls in this canyon.
Jembong Waterfall is not as famous as most other waterfalls in Buleleng, but this waterfall has its own charm. To reach this place, you have to walk through cocoa plantations, rocky roads, and small creeks. There is a shallow pool at the bottom of the waterfall, it is safe for children to splash around. Jembong Waterfall is situated in Ambengan Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency.
Air Sanih Natural Swimming pool east of Singarja, directly at the coastline a swimming pool with spring water. Very popular with the local Balinese in the weekends.

You can go snorkelling direct from the beach or with a local fishermen in the area.
There are local diving possibilities, through Nalika Beach Resort or in Lovina.
Menjangan is a small island located in a protected nature reserve about an hour drive from the villa. Thanks to the incredible variety of coral and tropical fish species, crystal clear turquoise water and a very calm sea, it is a real diving and snorkelling paradise.
Tulamben has a US Liberty shipwreck where you can dive to or go snorkelling. This is a fantastic experience worth a daytrip and about 2 hours drive you could combine this with a visit of Singarja and Air Sanih natural pool.

Shopping, because the North of Bali still has the charm of being authentic, shopping is definitely better in Ubud and in the south of Bali but Singaraja has 2 large supermarkets, local shopping streets, a nice night food market near Krisna. The only McDonalds and Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants in the North of Bali are located in Singaraja.
Library in Singaraja Gedong Kirtya, just south of the town centre of Singaraja, is the only library of lontar manuscripts (ancient and sacred texts on leaves of the rontal palm) in the world.
