Ritual Purification is an important aspect of Hindu culture. It is necessary, in particular, before entering any temple and can be done as a special ceremony for healing and spiritual development. Most temples here in Bali contain small springs, as all rituals include a sprinkling of holy water. But there are some temples in Bali which are
situated at springs where Melukat is the main goal of visitation. As one of the Manusa Yadnya ceremonies, rituals related to the various stages of a human’s life, melukat is derived from the word lukat taken from the ancient Balinese-Javanese language Kawi, which means bersihin, ngicalang in ordinary Balinese language, or to cleanse and purify in English. For Balinese Hindus, the melukat ritual is a symbolical and literal cleansing of the body and soul aimed at preventing misfortune and bad luck, including sickness or havoc caused by daily activities and sins. One of the holiest places is Sebatu waterfall near Pura Dalem Pingit and Pura K**i temples in Sebatu in Gianyar regency, some 11 kilometers from the famed village of Ubud. This is natural waterfall with an open temple on the bank, where you can submerge yourself in the stream (dressed in sarong only). Of course, it is not just the bathing in crystal water but the worship of the Gods that is required for real success. Reaching Sebatu waterfall is quite challenging with a walk down hundreds of stone steps heading to the slippery site. This is an experience that you will describe later as a significant event in your life, one whose effect will remain with you and influence you positively long after. “Many visitors, including foreigners, said they felt physically and spiritually clean after performing melukat.”

1. The rates for Sacred Purification Ritual above are flat rate from 1 people up to 4 people (1-4 pax), flat rate from 5 people up to 7 people (5-7 pax).
2. ‘Halfday Services’ means the purification ritual is held only in Sebatu holy water spring.
3. Sacred Purification Ritual service area are as follows: Nusa Dua, Sanur, Jimbaran, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Kuta, Legian, Ubud. Other than these areas, there will be additional charge applied.
4. Children under 7 years old is not allowed to join the Sacred Purification Ritual activity.
5. Women in menstruation are not allowed to join Sacred Purification Ritual activity which is taking place in the temple area. Time & Duration

Rates included:
Return Hotel Transfer (Seminyak, Kuta, Nusadua, Canggu, Sanur), Purification activities based on the schedule, entrance tickets, offerings, equipments, government tax and service charge.
