Hong Kong to Bali Direct Flights Take Off!

AirAsia has just launched direct flights connecting the vibrant city of Hong Kong with the tropical paradise of Bali.

On Tuesday, October 1st, I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport hosted the AirAsia Inaugural Flight event, celebrating the launch of the new Hong Kong-Denpasar route. The airline will operate daily flights on this route using Airbus A320 aircraft.

This amazing tower that you are seeing now is called "Bade" prepared by Puri Agung Ubud for today's (14th April 2024) Royal Cremation ceremony. It is the centrepiece of the Pelebon ceremony conducted by the Balinese to honour and release the soul of the deceased from the physical body, allowing it to move on to the next life. The procession during a Pelebon ceremony is a vibrant and solemn affair.
