thanks after givin birth my body back to normal so quick, bokong ke angkat, perut ngeleber jadi kempis, paha makin kenceng, pokoknya bodygoals cepet 4x latihan uda berasa berubah banget, kaya aku latihan ngegym normal mungkin 3 bulanan ya karena aku orang nya terlalu malas buat latihan gym berjam jam tapi kaga maksimal♥️ love you tooomuch

Gili Meno houses this amazing underwater art installation that is made out of coral friendly material. Over the next few years it will become part of the reef and a home to the local marine life. It’s really amazing to see these kind of projects take place in the Gili Islands in efforts to conserve a reef that has been dying out due to climate change and heavy tourism in the area. I remembered getting my PADI here five years ago and seeing all the change that has happened just in the last five years is really sad to say the least. Nonetheless this place is absolute paradise on earth
