Tel. 222412, Fax 234922, Code l'os 80233 PRESS RELEASE In connection with a report about a Chinese citizen who was positively identified by the Corona virus and had been to Bali on January 22-28, 2020, we submit the following matters:

1. We have tracked at the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office, it is true that the relevant data entered Indonesia via the I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport on January 22, 2020. The person concerned was identified as staying at a hotel and being further explored, the movement concerned while in Bali.

2. According to the calculation of the incubation period and travel history, it is not certain that the transmission occurred in Bali.

3. Because of the return of January 28, 2020 and the onset or onset of symptoms and laboratory confirmation on February 5, 2020 (8 days), transmission could occur in Shanghai or other mainland China. If the longest incubation period of 14 days is taken, whereas today is the 16th day, none of the cases identified in Bali means that the person does not carry / transmit the corona virus in Bali. Information nationally, there are currently no cases in Indonesia.

4. Of the 70 specimens (14 from Bali) that were examined none were positive.

5. In Bali 20 cases have been observed, 14 of which were sent to the Health Research and Development Agency or the Indonesian Ministry of Health's Research and Development Agency all negative. Clear

6. Anticipatory steps continue to be carried out both at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Benoa Harbor, also in places where tourists stay overnight with active surveillance carried out by the Health Office, Port Health Office (KKP) to the ranks of Puskesmas

7. Until now Bali still safe from the corona virus and ready to receive tourists.
