The Villa Sanurita Story
"Villa Sanurita" is a luxury 3 bedroom pool Villa built in late 2014 in a prime location of the Mertasari area in Sanur. Just a short 150 meter stroll to the end of the street from the beach, it has been decorated tastefully to create privacy and very comfortable surrounds. Sanur is a great base to explore Bali from, with Seminyak, Kuta and Legian only a short 20 minute drive, as is the Airport via the new tollway. Nusa Dua is only 30 minutes drive and Ubud is about a 45 mins drive away.
This accommodation offers privacy, landscaped gardens and a beautiful 9 meter private pool. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach (just a short stroll to the end of the street), and with places to shop, water sports activities and places to dine all within a stones throw makes this an ideal villa to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms (2 x with King Double Beds, 1 with 2 x King Single Beds) each with en-suite bathrooms, it will accommodate 6 people (there is enough space for a Baby Cot if needed!). Each bedroom has AC, computer desk, sofa chair, Electronic Safety Box and its own LED TV with 60 satellite channels.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner. The living room has a large flat screen TV with 60 cable TV channels, high speed internet Wi-Fi is also included in the tariff.
All rooms inside the villa are non-smoking areas but smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas including undercover awning and swimming pool areas. The Villa is located inside a real Balinese compound, your neighbors will be a very nice Balinese family so not only you will experience a luxury vacation but also get to know some real local people, their tradition and culture.
The Mertasari area is in the southern part of Sanur, out of the traffic and noise and is the new residential haven in Sanur. The beach at this end is also the favorite place for Balinese to bath at Sunrise and Sunset. Also is the best place for watersports like Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, Surfing and Stand Up Paddle Surfing. The outside reef has nice waves for every level of surfing and it creates a natural calm lagoon where you can always have a swim. Very ideal for kids.
