The Saudara villas are Villa Saudara and Villa Saudara Dua. These three-bedroom villas stand side-by-side in the most exceptional location in Seminyak. Boasting arguably the most accessible location in this community hub, not only a stone’s throw from the ocean but also from the renowned Ku De Ta Beach Club.
The Villas were built in 2012 and comprises of all modern amenities both in and outdoors. Expect a contemporary style with a nod to the charming heritage of the beautiful destination you’ve chosen to visit.
Picture the luxury of a full-time butler to attend your needs. From the moment you rise, they will have your preferred breakfast waiting (if you desire) at the dining table overlooking your private pool. They will attend to any laundry needs, and service the villa completely. Our team has a passion for food and can create mouth-watering local delicacies for you at any time throughout your stay.
Our Guest Relations Manager Wayan will look after all the logistics of your stay, book tours, restaurants and help out with any local knowledge or advice you need while staying with Saudara. Rest easy knowing we will meet your every desire, for the complete getaway you’re craving.
THE BEDROOMS
Each villa has two main bedrooms, each with a four-poster king-sized bed and ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms include a 32” television, hand-made wooden wardrobe and desk. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
The third smaller room can function as an enclosed lounge (also has a television) or as an additional bedroom with a king bed or two singles. This smaller room does not have its own ensuite bathroom attached and instead utilises one of the other bathrooms.
THE BATHROOMS
Both ensuite bathrooms are adjacent to the two main king bedrooms. The tropical bathrooms offer both an indoor/outdoor shower with a large rain shower head, designed to feel reminiscent of standing under one of Bali’s waterfalls. You will find natural, essential oil body products including shower gel, moisturisers, shampoo and conditioner and a tropical Villa Saudara Natural Survival Kit including mosquito repellent, lip balm, after-sun gel and sunscreen in each bathroom, as well as a hairdryer, and ironing utilities.
THE LIVING AREAS
The open dining areas offer comfortable couch seating as well as a six-person teak timber dining table overlooking the sparkling pool, perfect for any meals you choose to have in the villa. The fully-equipped western kitchen is perfect for those who wish to show off some cooking skills or alternatively you can sit back in the open dining area while our in-house staff create culinary delights for you and your guests. In this area, you will find a music dock so you can enjoy your own playlist while sipping away at a Bintang or cocktail in the pool.
THE SURROUNDS
The Saudara Villas offer privacy and solitude due to being nestled in the middle of a traditional garden that surrounds the pool. Each villa attracts great, direct sunlight during the day and offers plenty of seating around the pool with tanning lounges and beanbags. The traditional Bale Bengong offers a quiet, shaded and comfortable retreat, and multiple sun beds provide a sunny spot to relax while soaking up the Balinese sun.
