Yes, the sands are actually pink!

Why the Beach is Pink?
The pink color of pink beaches is from microscopic animals namely Phoraminiphera that gives red or pink pigmentation to corals. Those corals are sent by the wave to the coasts and then they are destroyed into flakes. Those flakes are combined with sand and they cause the pink color on the beach.

How do I get there?
You must get to Labuan Bajo first whether by boat or plane. From Labuan Bajo, you can directly go to the Pink Beach of Komodo Island by boat charter with us.

Hello Pulau Kelor!

This island is a destination for tourists who like the view of natural beach and its underwater scenery. The clear water supports snorkeling activities to see the underwater richness. There are coral reefs and also colorful fish that are ready to spoil the people eyes. Meanwhile, the calm nature of sea water is very suitable for swimming.

The view will be quite amazing if tourists decide to trek up the hill. From the top of the hill, you will indeed be presented with a panoramic view that is extraordinarily beautiful, but it takes a lot more effort to reach it. The hill has an elevation of about 45 degrees, so going up and down the hill will make you tired. It only takes 20 minutes to reach the top.

Buat yang masih bingung bedanya private trip dan open trip, ini ya penjelasannya.

Private trip atau private charter, artinya satu kapal cuma kamu dan kelompok kamu aja.

Keuntungannya:
+ Tidak perlu sharing space dengan orang lain
+ Bisa atur sendiri jadwal dan tempat2 yang mau dikunjungi
+ Bisa pilih tanggal sendiri

Kelemahannya, private trip relatif lebih mahal dibanding dengan open trip, apalagi kalau jumlah orangnya kurang dari 6 orang

Checklist anti saltum untuk Komodo sailing trip!

✅ Sunscreen SPF50 wajib bawa ya. Lebih bagus lagi kalo bawa mineral sunscreen yang aman untuk terumbu karang
✅ Sunglasses
✅ Topi. Lebih bagus yang ada talinya supaya ga terbang kena angin
✅ Baju berenang
✅ Baju yang nyaman untuk island hopping. Lebih bagus berbahan tipis atau dry fit, supaya bisa cepat kering jika basah
✅ Sandal atau sepatu air untuk aktifitas di pantai
✅ Sepatu yang nyaman atau sandal gunung untuk trekking
✅ Jaket tipis atau sweater untuk malam hari. Atau bawa kain tenun yang bisa dipakai untuk selimut saat kedinginan, dan juga bisa untuk properti foto yang keren untuk di pantai atau di puncak Padar

Benarkah Labuan Bajo bagus dikunjungi sepanjang tahun? Sebelum memutuskan kapan mau ke Labuan Bajo, cek dulu yaa infonya.
⚓️
Januari-Maret: sepi pengunjung, Pink Beach bisa berasa pantai pribadi. Tapi curah hujan tinggi dan ada kemungkinan kapal tidak bisa berlayar karena cuaca buruk.
⚓️
April-Juni: musim yang paling kami rekomendasikan. Pemandangan hijau sepanjang mata memandang, ombak tenang, awal musim diving dengan visibility sangat baik.
⚓️
Juli-Agustus: tidak perlu kuatir dengan hujan! Pemandangan hijau mulai berubah menjadi coklat sensasional dan hawa di malam hari sejuk. Tapi sangat ramai pengunjung, dan booking hotel sebaiknya dari jauh hari.

September- Desember: kesempatan terbaik untuk melihat ikan Manta, mulai aktif bun! Cuaca tidak terlalu panas, tidak terlalu lembab. Namun masuk Desember ada kemungkinan hujan.
