The construction of this temple is intended to facilitate the process of spreading Hinduism around Mount Agung which is believed to be the abode of Gods. The name Lempuyang itself comes from the word Lampu or light and Hyang which means god so it has the meaning of God's light.

✅TIRTA GANGGA
The name of the Tirta Gangga tourist attraction, comes from the words Tirta which means holy water and Ganga which means the name of a river in India. Tirtagangga Karangasem water park, was built in 1946 by the king of Karangasem, Anak Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem . The Tirta Gangga Karangasem park complex was previously destroyed by the eruption of Mount Agung in 1963. The Karangasem district government rebuilt this park and designated it as a tourist area.

✅TAMAN UJUNG
Taman Ujung was built in 1909 on the initiative of Anak Agung Anglurah Ketut karangasem. The architect was a Dutchman named van Den Hentz and a Chinese named Loto Ang. This development also involves an undagi (Balinese traditional architect). Taman Ujung is actually a development of the Dirah pool which was built in 1901

✅ TENGANAN OLD VILLAGE
Bali Tenganan Village is one of the oldest Balinese Traditional Village located in Karangasem Regency, east part of Bali. This village is much referred by cultural literature science of Tenganan Pegringsingan, which is very famous in the island. It own very unique local community life pattern which is one example of Bali Aga Village cultures (Hindu Prehistoric) and different with other countryside in plain of Bali. Nowadays, this village has been appointed as a place for tourist destination which can present the attractive and unique matters which able to add the variation of object and fascination for tourist to come.

✅ NATURAL SALT MAKER
Along the dry east coast of Bali, traditional salt panners spend their days labouring in the hot sun to produce some of the tastiest sea salt you’ll find. Near Pura Goa Lawah on the coastal road heading to Padang Bai and Candi Dasa, Kusamba is one of the areas where this often arduous work is done. If you are passing by it’s an interesting stop to see how it’s made — and a bag of salt makes a good souvenir. The salt production mostly happens during the drier months, but it’s sometimes possible to see it even during the wet season.
