Let you know, this statue stands on the cross roads in front of the Denpasar Mayor’s office. It is called Catur Muka (Four Faces) because it has four heads facing out to the four quarters of the compass and built in 1973. It’s 9 meters high statue is a representing God Brahma (God Brahma, as the Creator of the Universe) with four faces and has its original story can be found Mahabharata epic.

Denpasar Capital City Tour

This tour gives an introduction of Denpasar, the capital city of Bali. First stop at Badung Market, one of the famous traditional markets in the middle of Denpasar city. Jagatnatha temple is our next stop. It is the biggest Hindu temple in Denpasar town which many Hindu people in Denpasar pray there in particular on full moon and black moon. This temple is designed very beautiful with full of religious and artistic ornaments.
Then we will walk to Bali Museum, it is located just the next door of Jagatnatha Temple and in this museum you will find a lot of the ancient monument of prehistory owns very high artistic value. Last stop is BajraSandhi Monument; it is a luxury monument standing up in the middle of Denpasar Park. This monument is a symbol of Bali people struggle to fill the independence after the Dutch Colonial gone from this country.
