Good morning everybody,
Enjoy your life while living in this world based on the divine light and divine love. Keep yourself in a good atmosphere and on respecting your own Higherself by doing some meditations and or conducting religious activities according to your own belief. One of them that you may do is carrying out " a Sincere Love Meditation". For doing this meditation, keep youself in a general position of meditation, then do respiration 3 times to make yourself more relax, comfortable, and peaceful. After that, do a prayer based on your own belief and invoke the spiritual guides, spiritual teachers, spiritual helpers, and healing angels to present in order to be able to help you doing this meditation.
Then the next step is that saying the expression/sentence "I want to enter to the sincere love". You may repeat to say this sentence twice or three times. After that, through your subconscious, make yourself enter this sincere love located in your heart chakra. Now allow and let this sincere love energy to spread in and fulfil perfectly your body and your mind. Ask this energy to clean all the negative energies from your body and heal yourself perfectly. Afterwards, spread this energy to whoever or whatever that you love so much by visualizing them present in front of you by saying "Give Love" that you may repeat a few times. This energy can be used to clean and protect whatever that you want. Pls try to do it, and if you have any question, don't hesitate to write to me. 1. Uluwatu Tour:
Departure from the hotel at 14:00 for the discovery in the southern part of Bali, first you will visit a beautiful white sandy beach of Pendawa, then visit Uluwatu temple located on a peninsula of Pecatu. If it is a good weather, you will see the sunset. Be careful with the monkeys here as they are naughty! Keep your belongings well! Then you will watch the Kecak dance show near the temple.
Ps. On the way back to hotel, I would like to recommend you a sea food dinner on Jimbaran beach with menu consisting of lobster, shrimp, fish, calamari, oysters, and crabs served with rice and vegetables.

2. Tampaksiring Tour:
Departure from the hotel at 8:30 a.m. You will discover the Elephant Cave, Goa Gajah - the royal tombs of Gunung Kawi with 160 steps – the holy spring temple, Pura Tirta Empul of Tampaksiring – exploration of coffee, cacao, clove plantations, and so on. At the same place you will be able to taste different kinds of coffees, such as, Balinese coffee, Robusta coffee, Luwak coffee (coffee of civet’s poo) and also different kinds of teas - see the beautiful panorama of rice fields in terraces of Tegalalang - visit sacred monkey forest of Ubud.

3. Mount Batur Climbing:

Departure from the hotel at 02:30 a.m. in order to arrive earlier at Bukit Jati Temple parking area as the climbing of Mount Batur will have to be started at 04:00 a.m. During the climbing you will be accompanied by a local guide. After the climbing of Mount Batur you will discover hot spring water where you may take a bath, and also have possibility to have look surroundings to see the lavas and a small temple located on the bank of the lake Batur. The lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch you will explore a traditional village located in Bangli regency. You will come back to hotel at 13.30.
Ps What you should bring:
Flashlight, jacket, hiking shoes, hat, gloves, walking stick, towel and clothes of change.

4. Rafting & Bird Park:
Departure from the hotel at 09:00 a.m. you will go directly to the point of Ayung rafting. The duration of this activity takes place for two and half hours. The lunch will be served at the end of the rafting with the Indonesian buffet menu (fried rice, pork or chicken satay, steamed, vegetables, tropical fresh fruits, etc.). After lunch you will go directly to the village of Batubulan to see the Park of birds and reptile. You will come back to hotel at 16.00 o’clock.

5. Batukaru -Jatiluwih- Bedugul Tour:
Leaving the hotel of Ubud at 09:00 a.m. for the transfer to Munduk for its beautiful and natural waterfall with the visits en route, first you are going to explore beautiful temple, Batukaru located in Tabanan regency, the most beautiful rice fields in terraces at Jatiluwih considered as the world heritage by UNESCO, Ulundanu temple dedicated to the goddess, Dewi Danu, and to see a nice view of twin lakes, Buyan and Tamblingan.


6. Tour of Munduk and Hiking at Tamblingan in the wild forest:
Early morning departure from your hotel. You will start to explore the area of Munduk, first you are going to do a long trek for two and half hours in the jungle with the possibilities to see two beautiful waterfall and coffee, cocoa, clove plantations. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Then the exploration will be continued to Tamblingan where you will do hiking in the tropical forest for one and half hours which will be combined with sailing by a small boat owned by the local.

7. One day Trip at Nusa Penida:
Departure from your hotel (Sanur/Ubud) at 6.00 am for your direct transfer to Kusamba for fast boat’s departure at 08.00 am to Nusa Penida. Firstly, you will do snorkeling by a private boat at Manta Bay to see colorful fish and manta rays as well as beautiful corals (for having look manta rays, it depends very much on the condition of sea, it is not always guaranteed). Then you will continue doing snorkeling at Gamat bay, and the last one at Crystal Bay. For snorkeling, you will have only three hours. After that, you will have a lunch at a local restaurant. Then, the trip will be continued discovering three types of very beautiful beaches such as Angel Bilabong beach, Broken beach called very often with its local name “Pasih Uwug”, and Kelingking beach (I would like to remind you, if you want to go down to the bottom of this beach, be careful as it is very steep, and you should have excellent body condition. For going down and up, it takes two hours. Then, at 15.30 you should already be ready at Sampalan port for coming back to Bali.
