3. For Ready Stock items, we will shipped the goods via TIKI in 1-3 days after full payment is received.
4. For PO items, orders will be confirmed after a 50% of the total payment is received. If we do not have the item in stock at the time, we will try to acquire the ordered item within 1 weeks. If the ordered item is not available anymore, we will contact you and you have the choice to receive a FULL immediate refund or choosing a different item. Your item will arrive in 3-4weeks after DP received. Once shipment to Jakarta occurred, all sales are final. The 50% balance has to be paid before delivery time.
5. Free delivery to Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi addresses. Other area we'll use TIKI, ask us for the cost. Please kindly note that:
1. Payment has to be made within 24 hrs after the invoice sent, otherwise we'll pass the item to the next person in waiting list.
2. Please make confirmation for your transfer before 6 pm. After that your confirmation will be proceed on the next day.
3. Goods sold are not refundable and not exchangeable under any circumstances.
4. Exchange is only applicable if customer has received a different item ordered. Item should be return in the same condition item is sent
5. No cancellation of order once the order has been processed. Refund will not be given for cancellation of goods sold.
6. There might be slight color differences due to different monitor's resolutions.
7. No delivery on Saturday / Sunday / Public holiday
