Urgency in transformation of traditional business system is seems to be real issue in pandemic situation. They are who moving slowly will lose the moment. Real entreprenuer will focus on people development instead of doing nothing during the pandemic. Maybe they won't reach the sales and productivity target but they will make huge progress in human resources capability. Business in Indonesia a little bit unique as national company dominate the cycle. But the weakness is they used to think traditionally. What they do is to cut people salary or fire them for efficiency but they forget to develop them. That's the real difference with entrepreneur mindset which is majority own by private sector. That's make Indonesia a little bit late and slow for any change happen in economic. Indonesia seems to be resistent to crisis but it's also resistent for development progress.
