Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep atau sering dikenal dengan Kuil Doi Suthep, merupakan salah satu kuil tercantik sekaligus paling suci bagi warga Thailand.
Kuil yang berada di atas bukit Chiang Mai ini dibangun pada tahun 1383.

Untuk sampai ke kuil ini, bisa naik tangga (309 anak tangga), atau naik elevator trem (THB 50/orang).

Seperti di kuil pada umumnya, saat berkunjung wajib menggunakan pakaian tertutup yang sopan ya

Tips : kalau datang saat sunset, pemandangannya luar biasa! Lewat jam sunset, lampu di sekitar kuil akan menyala, super cantik!

Wat Rong Suea Ten, atau biasa dikenal dengan Blue Temple alias Kuil Biru, di Chiang Rai, bersinar dengan warna biru yang menawan

Nama ‘Rong Suea Ten’ dalam bahasa Thailand, diterjemahkan sebagai ‘rumah harimau menari’ karena secara historis, kawasan di sekitar kuil dipenuhi dengan satwa liar, khususnya harimau yang sering terlihat melompat ke sungai Mae Kok di dekatnya.

Royal Barge Procession adalah upacara penting keagamaan dan kerajaan yang telah berlangsung selama hampir 700 tahun di Thailand.
Acara ini merupakan perpaduan antara keahlian dan seni tradisional Thailand 🇹🇭

Prosesi ini menampilkan 52 kapal tongkang, termasuk empat kapal tongkang kerajaan utama – Suphannahong, Narayana Song Suban Raja Rama IX, Anantanagaraj dan Anekajatbhujonga – dan membutuhkan 2.200 pendayung.

Royal Barge Procession akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Oktober 2024 mendatang sebagai bagian dari perayaan ulang tahun Yang Mulia Raja Maha Vajiralongkorn (Rama X) pada 28 Juli 2024 lalu.

Imagine Moo Deng trotting through Thailand… and you simply can’t resist following along with her. 😆

A new sensation emerged in Thailand not too long ago in the form of a miniature hippo with the delightfully chubby name of ‘Moo Deng’ or, to be strictly precise, ‘Springy Pig.’

At just 2 months old, Moo Deng is relishing her rise to fame as a new viral star. Born on 10 July 2024 to mother Jonaand father Tony, she also has a big brother named Moo Toon (Stewed Pork). Moo Deng lives in Khao KheowZoo in Chonburi, where you can visit her daily from 08:00 to 17:00.
