PT Fajar Nusa Indah was established in 2003. We have 32 years of experience in manufacturing (first as CV Fajar Teknik in 1982). Our main lines of business include:

• Design, Fabrication and Installation of Conveyor System
• Hooper, Feeder, Silo Tank
• Manufacturing of Wire Screen and Roller Conveyor

Our workshop facilities include:

Lathe Machines, Milling Machine, Scrap Machine, Circular Sawi

ng Machine, Hydraulic Press Machine, Crane Hoist, Semi Automatic Crimped Wire Mesh Weaving Machines. Our machines came from domestic and overseas manufacturers. We import steel wires from China, Taiwan and Korea and stainless steel wires from Korea. Our commitment is excellent after sales service, quality & reasonable price and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

Roller labyrinth, even though costs more than regular roller, has few benefits: they prevent dust and other dirt from entering into the roller, resulting in longer life. Combine with collars offering excellent resistance and seal bearing both on and off the shaft before, during and after installation. Labyrinth roller is especially well suited on applications where dirt and dust are severe.
