People expect leaders to stay composed, cool, and calculated, no matter how turbulent the storm. They are the "chill guys"—the ones who seem to have it all under control, guiding their teams with confidence and clarity.

Yet, there comes a point when even the most resilient leaders reach their limit. A breaking point where the weight feels too heavy, the pressure too intense, and the facade of "chill" starts to crack. It’s not a sign of weakness—it’s a testament to their humanity.

So yes, leaders may never cry—or so it seems. But when they do, it’s not the end of their strength; it’s the beginning of their resilience.
