Our little guesthouse is made of wood, suspended on top of the sea. Floating Paradise is simple, yet comfy; essentially your bridge to nature. Enjoy the secluded simplicity of Island Paradise. Here at the Floating Paradise, we have transported the comfort of your own home to a tropical location, in the heart of nature. The entire guesthouse has been carefully built on wooden stilts, on top of the

ocean. We are currently the only facility within the entire bay. We offer two double bedrooms, with fan and mosquito net. One step from your room, you can sit on the balcony and observe the coral reef below your feet. The coral is teeming with life, we even have some resident Clown Fish. There is a wooden bar and shaded area on site, made from locally sourced and reclaimed wood. We also have a kitchen, to provide breakfast, home cooked food and fresh fruit smoothies. Activities include; diving off the pier into the ocean bay, snorkelling from the guesthouse and around the coast line and exploring hidden nearby beaches. We also have a kayak to explore and go to the nearby little island for sunrise. Freshen up under the stars, in one of our two outside bamboo showers. We also provide 2 toilets. We also rent motorbikes, organise island hopping tours, private boat hire, camping trips and much more. For a unique island experience, all at your doorstep, come and check us out! I’d like to take this moment to introduce Tono. He’s the Sea King, of Floating at least. One of Karimunjawa’s conservationists cadets, and passionate about the future health of not just his own community, but of our planet 🌏 💚💙

Here he is with his new best friend, Godzilla 🦖🤗 I’ve heard you can spend an entire lifetime exploring Indonesia, and we’re here for it.

Blessed with white sandy beaches and turquoise waters, we’re excited about discovering waterfalls, volcanoes and so much more 🏕️✨

For now, we’d love to take you on adventures around the island. As you know, Floating is perfect for the relaxed adventurer, so if you’d like to arrive Jurassic Park style, we’ve got you, otherwise we can still bring you with our boat across the bay 🚤🌿🌙

Not only that, we offer land tours, and with Godzilla we can comfortably bring you to all of the islands most stunning locations, whether the access is muddy, or steep or not! 🏝️

We had to do a lot of renovating for this season; we rebuilt the jetty, replaced the floor of the bar area, which was a job! The carpenters cranked the roof up in one piece!
