Saat kunjungan wisatawan ke Desa Wiisata Sibetan di perkebunan Salak untuk explore, mempelajari sekilas tentang bagaimana masayarakat tetap menjaga kelestarian perkebunan Salak tersebut yang merupakan warisan luhur, hingga saat ini menjadi perkebunan terluas dan dengan variant Buah Salak terbanyak di Pulau Dewata.
Untuk mengetahui rasa segar Buah Salak, wisatawan di persilahkan memetik Buah Salak Segar dari pohonnya dan mencicipinya.

Salak Bali tetap menjadi favorit wisatawan karena rasa yang terkandung; manis, asam, kecut bercampur dan menurut penelitian mengandung Vit. C cukup bagus untuk menjaga keseimbangan kebugaran tubuh.

Salah satu yang juga menjadi favorit adalah varian Buah Salak Gula Pasir yang mana saat gigitan pertama akan memberi sensasi gurih dan rasa manis sampai gigitan terakhir.

Varian lain dengan berbagai rasa dapat di explore beda rasa dan tampilan buahnya.

Salah satu jenis tanaman khas yg merupakan tumbuhan organik, karena untuk membesarkannya masyarakat tidak menggunakan obat2an dari bahan kimia, cukup merawat dan memberi pupuk organik seperti kompos daun, kotoran sapi serta menggunakan dahan dan daun salak yang di potong dari pohon salak tersebut.

Selain Buah Manis yang memberikan manfaat untuk kehidupan kita, tunas mudanya pun (yg tumbuh liar di batang induk) dapat di olah menjadi sajian khas masyarakat setempat menjadi bahan sayur rebung biasanya di tumis atau di kuah kari. Hmmmmm rasanya sungguh memberi cita rasa khas rebung lembut.

Sambil menikmati keindahan alam dan segarnya udara di perkebunan Salak di ketinggian sekitar 600mdpl juga dapat menjelajahi perkebunan menggunakan mobil klasik 4WD jenis atau menggunakan Sepeda Gunung MTB series yang sudah dilengkapi dengan perlengkapan standard seperti sabuk.pengaman, helmet utk jeep terbuka, kebersihan dan sanitasi hand sanitaiser, khusus kebutuhan air minum wisatawan untuk mendukung pengurangan penggunanan botol plastik sekali pakai, di harapkan wisatwan membawa botle tumbler masing2 dan air sudah di siapkan gratis di beberapa spot kunjungan.
Bagian dari pemberdayaan lokal, wisatawan akan di pandu temen-temen lokal di Desa Setempat.

Spot - spot indah dan menarik untuk di kunjungi di saat kunjungan ke perkebunan Salak di Desa Wisata Sibetan;

👉 Bukit Pemukuran
Menyajikan pemandangan lembah dan pesisir pantai selatan pulau Bali dan saat cuaca cerah tersirat perjalanan laut kapal very menyusuri bentangan pantai menuju atau kembali daro Pel. Pdang Bai Bali - Pel. Lembar Lombok. Serta lukisan indah pupulan Pulau Kecil Nusa Penida.

👉 Bukit Surga
Dari sebuah tempat kumpul kecil di sisi timur perbukitan dinketinggian sekitar 800mdpl. Saat ini menjadi tempat favorit untuk pelancong dan penghobi Camping penikmat suasana malam diatas Ibu Pertiwi dan di bawah sinar Bulan yang mana sudah disiapkan fasilitas standard camp ground dengan.rumput hijau membentang, listrik dan toilet.
Saat cuaca cerah nikmati secangkir kopi hangat saat sang mentari terbangun dari ubuk timur. Saat tertentu lukisan Gunung Rijani di Lombok dapat terlihat dibalik.awan dan lembah timur Pulau Bali.

👉Bukit Cemara
Sebuah puncak perbukitan di wilayah Kota Karangasem yang menyajikan pemandangan spektakuler di ketinggian sekitar 1.100mdpl. Gunung Agung yang berdiri gagah tepat berada di depan spot point (tentu Bukit Cemara di luar red zone .. diluar 4km dari permukaan kawah). Tentunya akan dapat menikmati keindahan sisi lain dari lembah sekitar.

Dan masih banyak keindahan alam dan keunikan budaya lokal setempat yang dapat di explore

Sungguh berbahagia dan bersyukur mendapat warisan kreativitas leluhur untuk tetap di jaga kelestariannya.
