Planning to spend a couple of months enjoying Bali’s warm beaches and laid-back vibe? The Visa on Arrival (VOA) and e-Visa on Arrival (eVOA) are easy, flexible options to help make that happen. Here’s how they work:

🌴 Visa on Arrival (VOA)

Grab this one at the airport when you land, and you’ll be set for 30 days in paradise! Loving it too much to leave? You can extend the VOA for another 30 days without stepping off the island.

🌴 e-Visa on Arrival (eVOA)

Prefer to get your visa sorted before you arrive? The eVOA lets you do just that—apply online, and you’re ready to go. Just like the VOA, it’s valid for 30 days and can be extended for another 30. Easy, right?

Extension Tips:

Plan your extension at least a week before the visa expires to avoid any last-minute stress.
Using a visa agent can save you time—they handle the process, so you don’t have to!
Remember to keep track of your dates to avoid any overstay fees.

Got questions? Reach out to us at GetVisaToBali, and we’ll make sure your Bali stay is as smooth as possible! 🌞

n 1963, Bali experienced something amazing and terrifying. During a very special ceremony called Eka Dasa Rudra, which happens only once every 100 years, the island’s largest volcano, Mount Agung, began to shake. The priests, who could feel that something was wrong, thought it was a bad sign and suggested stopping the ceremony. But the president of Indonesia, Sukarno, said it should continue.

Then, on March 18, the volcano erupted with a huge explosion. It destroyed thousands of homes and sadly took many lives. But something strange happened: Besakih Temple, the biggest and most sacred temple in Bali, was not damaged at all. It stayed safe and strong on the mountain, as if protected by a mysterious power.

Thinking about getting your visa for Bali but don’t know where to start? Before you dive in, it’s essential to ask your visa agent the right questions to avoid headaches down the road. Here’s a checklist to make sure everything goes smoothly!👇

🔹 What type of visa is best for my situation?
Not all visas are created equal. Your agent should recommend the best option for your stay.

🔹 What documents do I need to provide?
It’s crucial to know exactly what paperwork is needed so you can be prepared.

🔹 How long does the process take?
Timelines can vary. Make sure you know how long you’ll have to wait.

🔹 Can you assist with extensions or renewals?
Some visas need renewing, and having an agent that can help with this is a big plus.

🔹 What are the potential risks or delays I should be aware of?
Be informed about any possible bumps in the road before you apply.

🔹 What are the costs involved?
Transparency is key—make sure you know all the fees upfront.

🔹 Do you offer support if something goes wrong?
Problems happen. Make sure your agent has your back if anything doesn’t go as planned.

🔹 Can you help with registering my IMEI or other legal requirements?
This is important if you’re bringing your phone or other electronics into Indonesia.

🔹 Will I be able to work or start a business with this visa?
Some visas come with restrictions. Make sure you understand what you can (and can’t) do.

🔹 What’s the best way to contact you during the process?
Clear communication is vital. Know how to stay in touch for updates or questions.

Navigating visa requirements can feel overwhelming, but having the right sources at hand makes a world of difference. Here's a quick guide to the best official resources to help you stay updated and avoid misinformation:

👍Immigration Office (Kantor Imigrasi): The Indonesian Immigration Office is your go-to for the latest visa regulations and requirements. Always check their official website or visit the local office for up-to-date information.
👍Consulates and Embassies: For international travelers, your country's consulate or embassy in Indonesia can provide personalized assistance and visa-related advice.
👍Official Government Websites: When in doubt, rely on government websites like Indonesia's Ministry of Law and Human Rights. They frequently update visa rules and procedures.
👍Trusted Visa Agents: Reputable visa agencies like ours provide verified, reliable information, and we constantly monitor any changes to ensure you get accurate advice.

Don't risk your visa status by following outdated or incorrect information❗ Stick to these official channels and ensure your journey to Bali is as smooth as possible!

🌏 Are you a foreign national living in Indonesia? 🇮🇩

Don’t forget to report any change of address to your local immigration office! 🏠 This is essential for maintaining a valid stay permit, such as KITAS or KITAP. 📑

🔍 Why is this important?

Not updating your address can lead to complications with your visa status and could even result in fines or legal issues. The Indonesian immigration law requires that any change of residence be reported within 5 working days.

📝 How to report your change of address:

👉Visit your local immigration office. Make sure to bring your passport and any relevant documents, like your stay permit.
👉Fill out the required forms. You may need to complete a form detailing your previous and new address.
👉Submit any necessary supporting documents. This may include proof of your new residence (like a rental agreement).

If you need assistance with the process, don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We're here to help you navigate the complexities of visa and immigration matters.

Thinking about extending your stay in Bali? The island’s charm can make you want to stay forever, but navigating the visa process is essential for a hassle-free experience. Here's what you need to know:

🚘Visa on Arrival (VOA): When you arrive in Bali, most travelers receive a 30-day VOA. If you decide to stay longer, you can extend it once for an additional 30 days, giving you up to 60 days in total. This extension must be applied for before your initial 30 days expire.

💻Social Visa (211A): For stays longer than 60 days, the Social Visa is your best bet. It allows you to stay in Bali for up to 6 months, with extensions every 60 days. This option is perfect for those who plan to live, work remotely, or simply immerse themselves in Bali's culture for an extended period.

💚Visa Extensions: The visa extension process can be tricky, involving paperwork, trips to the Immigration Office, and compliance with Indonesian regulations. You’ll need to attend a fingerprinting appointment, and there may be some waiting time before your passport is returned. It's crucial to be prepared and start the extension process early to avoid penalties or overstays.

🔑Key Considerations: Timing is everything. Make sure to apply for extensions several days before your visa expires. Keep track of public holidays or office closures, as they can impact processing times. If you’re uncertain about any steps, we’re here to assist with all questions related to visa types, documentation, and deadlines.

With GetVisaToBali, we handle the details so you can enjoy your Bali experience without the stress. Whether you’re staying for a couple of months or half a year, we’re here to guide you through every step of the visa process.

🎉 GREAT NEWS FOR FAMILIES TRAVELING WITH KIDS! 🎉

Indonesia has just made it easier for families by lowering the age requirement for autogates from 14 to 6 years old! 🙌

✅ Now, all travelers aged 6 and above with an eVisa/eVOA and biometric passport can breeze through passport control using the automatic gates — just scan and go!

⚠️ If you're traveling with kids under 6, don’t worry! One parent will still need to pass through passport control with an Immigration officer, but the process remains simple.

Need help with visas or have questions? We’re here to assist! Send us a message, and we’ll guide you through all the steps 👇

Kelingking Beach has been voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, but most visitors never make it down to the sand! Instead, they snap selfies from the cliffs—because let’s be honest, the 30-minute trek down isn’t easy. 😅

Now, they’re building a 182-metre glass elevator to make it simpler… but not everyone’s happy about it. Local senator Niluh Djelantik says:

“You have to earn that view by hiking down. A lift just doesn’t feel right.”

But others, like shop owner I Putu Gunasta, think it’s great for creating jobs and boosting the local economy. 💼

With Bali’s tourism booming again, the big question is: Do we embrace new developments, or should we protect the island’s natural charm?

🌊 What’s your take — would you ride the elevator or hike down? Let us know! ⬇️

Bali is about to get a new way of getting around! In September 2024, construction will start on the island’s first Light Rail Transit (LRT) system. This new train will connect important tourist spots and neighborhoods.

Soon, you’ll be able to travel from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport to places like Seminyak and Sanur in just minutes. The first part of the LRT should be ready by early 2028, and the whole system will be finished by 2031.

This isn’t just about getting around faster—it will also help Bali’s economy grow. With easier travel, more people will want to live and work near the LRT stations. This means more jobs, more businesses, and more opportunities for everyone.

Bali is getting ready for a big change, so stay tuned!
