Currently, Trivadya Travel has three types of eco-friendly packages that you can choose: Regular, Extra, and Customized.

You can choose regular packages available for the areas around Borobudur, Mount Merbabu, and Baluran National Park, or extra trip packages outside of the regular destination options.

You can also define your own vacation concept according to your travel style, needs and preferences, and are open to combining it with the regular and extra trip packages that we have.

Whatever tour package you choose, we prioritize environmental, conservation and community empowerment based travel considerations. We can together realize a responsible and sustainable journey, for the sake of the preservation of the whole earth.

BOROBUDUR - From the Boundary

Borobudur Temple has long been in the spotlight of the world. World-recognized historical heritage and civilization. Gradually, time developed and has now become one of the popular tourist destinations in Magelang Regency, Central Java Province.

In the packages we offer, we will invite you to explore further beyond the boundaries of the Borobudur Temple area. Whether by cycling, walking or driving by car, we will go to the surrounding buffer villages, which have a simple life and local people who still maintain their culture.

Some of the life that goes on throughout the Borobudur District, is a real form that is translated in the reliefs of Borobudur Temple. Starting from handicrafts, local culinary arts, agriculture, and other cultural literacy.

Not only temples, the existence of the Menoreh Mountains gives another color as a natural backdrop for the villages there. Biodiversity in forest areas, springs that flow to the Progo River, contribute to people's daily behavior.

In this package, we will direct you to be responsible for whatever you bring during the tour. Including efforts to minimize inorganic waste and not leave it along the tour route. We will protect and contribute to the environment by changing the resulting carbon footprint.

This eco-tour packages will be available on a regular basis or upon personal request starting February 18, 2023. The visit to this area is subject to national park policies in force at that time.

BALURAN - Home of Wild Nature

People may call it Africa van Java. Or miniature of Africa. But for us, Baluran is Baluran, with its own distinctive character.

Baluran is a home for wild life that still exists in the modern era. Some ecosystem chains are still running well, but others need serious attention and management.

This form of caring can start from ourselves. In this package, along with a trained guide or eco-interpreter, you will be invited to get to know and take a closer look at wild, unique, and heart-touching natural life; as well as the fact that actually between our lives as humans and other living things are interconnected on this earth.

Even from the grass, or even the smallest bird, we have a lot to learn to interpret this life.

In this package, we will direct you to be responsible for whatever you bring during the tour. Including efforts to minimize inorganic waste and not leave it along the conservation area. We will protect each other's conservation areas that we visit, and contribute to the environment by changing the resulting carbon footprint.

MERBABU - Adventure Experience
Package Rates Start From Rp1.750.000/pax*

We provide special interest tour packages for those of you who are adventurous: climbing Mount Merbabu via the Suwanting route, which is within the Mount Merbabu National Park area. This package requires excellent physical endurance, so you have to prepare yourself more intensively a few weeks/months before climbing.

Not only the diversity of forest ecosystems, the availability of water sources that flow throughout the year is also an added value for this route. For any landscape photography enthusiasts, Mount Merbabu on the Suwanting route is one of the best places to watch the sunset, sunrise, and sea of stars in the sky (at the right time and in friendly weather).

In this package, we will direct you to be responsible for whatever you bring during the climb. Including efforts to minimize inorganic waste and not leave it along the hiking trail. We will protect each other's conservation areas that we visit, and contribute to the environment by changing the resulting carbon footprint.

This climbing package will be available on a regular basis or upon personal request starting May 1, 2023. The ascent to the mountain is subject to national park policies in force at that time.

For now, there will be three groups of eco-tour packages in three main destinations available at Trivadya Travel. Our segmentation in particular continues to limit the number of participants and groups, as an effort to maximize the principles and reach of ecotourism itself.

The three main destinations are entirely on the Java Island, consisting of Borobudur Temple (cultural heritage site), Mount Merbabu and Baluran (national park). Specifically for Borobudur, we will further highlight ecotourism activities in the surrounding buffer villages.

As a reminder, that for every eco-tour package you take, there is a special allocation for environmental contributions.

As we said before, Trivadya is here because it departs from anxiety and concern for environmental sustainability which has been affected by the massive growth of tourism in Indonesia. Thus, of course we have signs and boundaries that distinguish between the concept of mass tourism and the ecotourism that we live in.

Trivadya wants to provide an alternative forum for travel that is more environmentally friendly, and in the long run is more oriented towards the sustainability of the ecosystem components involved in tourism activities. We were not born out of nowhere. It is the result of deep contemplation and anxiety towards the massive mass tourism in Indonesia. Tourism that should be sustainable, but in fact not a few have a bad impact on the environment.

This long journey was experienced by Rifqy Faiza Rahman, a professional travel writer and ecotourism enthusiast, who eventually founded this company. Trivadya is a line of business that wants to have a balanced vision: not only profit-oriented, but also making a real contribution to the environment while being able to empower local communities around tourist destinations or attractions.

Some people, maybe even many of them, think we are too idealistic and will have a hard and steep journey. We acknowledge that, but we believe in the path we have chosen.
