As the Sales and Marketing Manager - Indonesia you’re someone who covers business development, sales strategies to increase bookings and marketing tactics to increase awareness and conversions. You would oversee all local revenue channels and seek to consistently improve and maximize them. This is a role for someone who is detailed, a people person, enjoys a challenge and is an avid problem solver. Hospitality experience is a plus.

You role will cover finding new partners to work with, liaising with our villa owner clients, and working with the marketing, revenue and reservations team.
