Ampiang dadiah adalah salah satu makanan khas dari Sumatra Barat. Ampiang dadiah terdiri dari campuran ampiang dan dadih, serta parutan kelapa dan disiram dengan gula merah. Ampiang terbuat dari beras ketan dan ditumbuk, sedangkan dadihnya adalah susu kerbau yang difermentasi.
