Our trip to Wae Rebo started from Labuan Bajo through the south coast, Labuan Bajo-Lembor-Nangalili-Dintor-Denge.

Enjoy every moment of the journey to the village hidden in the mountain including the stops at stunning places along the road till to be officially welcomed by the elders of Wae Rebo.

During a night stay in Ruteng, our valued travelers explored the city by trekking around the paddy fields on its outskirt, 3 km from the city center. The main idea was simply to see the great view and beautiful landscape of sea of rice terrace, but in the end, it was not only about moving legs and hands but gifted with a warm welcome from farmers who were very busy working under the sun. We sat together while having cups of coffee, and we fell into the heart of the life of Flores people.

Wolobobo during the dusk is always beautiful to watch. Happy to see smiling faces from the people who enjoy waiting for the sunset and kids who come to feed their horses from green grass on the top of caldera.
