What an incredible four days it has been at the Yoga Spirit Balian Retreat! From sunrise meditations by the river to deep, relaxing stretches under the starlit sky, every moment was a step closer to inner peace.

Our hearts are full, not just from the nourishing yoga sessions, but from the laughter and connections we shared. And let’s not forget Brownie, our beloved canine companion, whose wagging tail and playful spirit brought endless joy to our days.
