Bob Marley once said:
"You may not be her first,
her last, or her only.

She loved before
she may love again.

But if she loves you now,
what else matters?

She's not perfect—you aren't either,
and the two of you may never be perfect together
but if she can make you laugh,
cause you to think twice,
and admit to being human and making mistakes,
hold onto her and give her the most you can.

She may not be thinking about you every second of the day,
but she will give you a part of her
that she knows you can break—her heart.

So don't hurt her,
don't change her,
don't analyze and
don't expect more than she can give.

Smile when she makes you happy,
let her know when she makes you mad,
and miss her when she's not there.

Love with your whole being when you receive love.
Because there are no perfect girls, but there will always be a girl who is perfect for you.."

This to shall pass and when you look back on how your time was spent, will you be happy on how you invested your energy?⁣

Was it invested into fear?⁣

Was it invested into growth?⁣

It is impossible to change the present ⁣

There’s a Buddhist term “right action”, that can only arise out of the right state of Consciousness.⁣

The Buddha was talking about that which flows from the awakened state of consciousness. ⁣

To surrender one's will is to say yes to the present moment. This is the awakened State. ⁣

Just say yes to what is because it already is anyway and like everything in the universe it is Impermanent and will pass.⁣

With the act of surrender another energy comes,an intelligence, greater creativity. It comes from a much deeper level of the mind, not the typical surface level we are use to operating from. This will have a profound impact on your life.⁣

Everything is impermanent 🙏⁣

Anthropologist Margaret Mead was asked by a student what she considered the first sign of civilization in a culture.⁣

The student expected Mead to talk about fish hooks or clay pots or grinding stones. But no, Mead said that the first sign of civilization in an ancient culture was a femur (thighbone) that had been broken then healed.⁣

Mead explained, that in the animal kingdom, if you break your leg, you die. You can not run from danger, get to the river for a drink or hunt food. You are meat for prowling beasts. No animal survives a broken leg long enough for the bone to heal. ⁣

A broken femur that has healed is proof that someone has taken time to stay with the person who has fell, has bound up the wound, has carried the person to safety and has tended the person through recovery. ⁣

Helping someone through difficulty is where civilization starts’ said Mead. We are at our best when we serve others.⁣

Be civilized. 🙏⁣

There are many ways to create a gap in the constant stream of thought.⁣

Continuous mind activity is exactly What we don't need right now. ⁣

Try to set aside 1 hour in the day where you can worry,in this time think about whatever you want but only in this hour, the rest of the day be in present moment. ⁣

When a worry comes into your mind set it aside for later, you will see the quality of your day improving, you will achieve more, feel relaxed and have a better nights sleep.⁣

We have decided for the safety and well-being of all to postpone our April retreat in Bali. We have returned deposits to retreat registrants and sincerely hope you will join us at a future retreat.⁣

While plans are subject to change, for now, we are tentatively planning to hold retreats on the 10-17th of each month. But so much remains to be seen. In anticipation of ongoing travel restrictions and at the request of several people already confined to their homes, we are also evaluating online programs that will allow us to deliver high-quality experiences and powerful transformations to you wherever you are. Stay tuned for more announcements there.⁣

This is the perfect time to practice mindfulness to remain positive, and to use this time to turn inward, reflect, grow and trust that we will all emerge from this and be ok. Connect with yourself and your family. And most importantly, take care of all aspects of your health.⁣

Remember: Excessive negative thoughts and a fearful mindset only lower our immune systems and increase our chances of getting sick. 😷 To keep your immune system operating at its optimal level, fill your body with natural foods, get plenty of sun (if you can), drink lots of water, move around and switch off the media. It’s ok to worry or feel a myriad of emotions, but try not to wallow in them. Let us together serve compassion to the world and practice gratitude daily. 🙏

Can you shift your vision to see this as a blessing? Sending out love and a reminder to focus on what’s good.

It can sometimes feel really challenging to prioritize ourselves over life’s demands. Work. Family. Relationships. Friendships. Other commitments and plans. They keep us busy and checked out. And it can simultaneously become hard to find the motivation after giving all of our time and energy away, and easy to deprioritize ourselves.

I could offer advice, but I’m curious to know what keeps you motivated and disciplined to prioritize self-care?

Loss is something we all inevitably deal with in life, whether loss comes in the form of death or separation, like a breakup or divorce, or the loss of a certain type of lifestyle, as is the case in a life changing illness. ⁣

I think loss takes an unusually harsh toll on men, because we’re especially taught to suck it up, be strong, and generally deal with emotionally intense life events by having no emotion at all.⁣

The problem with this approach is that pain doesn’t just go away if you grin and bear it or ignore it long enough. It actually grows and mutates, taking shape as other emotions like rage, other experiences like stress, new behaviors like perfectionism or overwork, and even taking hold of your body’s energy in certain areas and becoming trapped, creating illness and disease. ⁣

This is why taking time to process emotions and experiences and release it from the body is so important. Many of us never get the chance or simply don’t know how. Whether you do this with us or on your own, learning how to cope with loss in healthy ways will have a meaningful impact on your life and happiness with it.⁣

Here’s a thought: Most people don't think.⁣ Thinking, for many people, is actually something uncontrollable that happens to them — no different from their heart beating or the blood circulating in the body.⁣

But this isn’t the case. Its constant thinking that stops us from being able to be present in the moment. When we do not add unnecessary thought to our situations, what arrises is a deeper level of awareness, what people don't understand is that this awareness is always there. It’s always attainable, it just gets covered over by our thought.⁣

Through meditation, we can and have the ability to align ourselves with the present moment. This is what allows us to get a gap in the stream of thinking; it's in this gap that we can access the awareness of reality. ⁣

When we practice this in meditation, we can start to implement it within our daily lives. You will start to notice these gaps more and more. ⁣

This awareness leads to stillness. In this stillness where we aren't thinking. In these few seconds, you can experience blissfulness.⁣

The easiest meditation to start to practice this form of awareness is a Mini Anapana. I’ve provided an audio link to help you practice this from one of the most respected teachers of meditation ⁣S.N. Goenka.⁣

⁣⁣
This is why we’re spending the next month in the Himalayas. Energy practices!
⁣⁣
I have a particular practice called Tummo which is a meditation for growing one's inner fire. Tummo, which literally means ‘inner fire’, is an ancient meditation technique practiced by Tibetan Buddhist monks. ⁣⁣

We use a combination of breathing and visualization to enter a deep state of meditation. Once in this state, we can increase our body temperature and regulate it. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This is accessible to everyone and in just a few sessions you will experience amazing results.⁣⁣

Some of the benefits of this practice include⁣⁣:
1. Increased blood flow throughout the body.⁣⁣⁣
2. Clarity of one's mind⁣⁣⁣.
3. Purification of one's energy field.⁣⁣⁣
4. Increase to energy levels.⁣⁣⁣
5. Harmonization of sexual energy.⁣⁣⁣
6. Become immune to the cold temperature.⁣⁣⁣
7. Separation of the mind and the body.⁣⁣⁣
8. Increase in willpower and strength.⁣⁣⁣
9. Opening of the central meridian channel.⁣⁣⁣
10. Protection against negative energy ⁣⁣⁣

Isn’t it amazing how books seem to find you, rather than you finding them? And there you are, reading along and words that seem perfectly destined for you just jump off the page? ⁣

I never go out of my way to look for specific books or topics or authors. But many times, I’ve come across some life changing knowledge at the exact time I needed it.⁣

Books can be really powerful in shifting our perspective and overriding our own incessant internal dialogue. Here’s a few that have been among my favorites:⁣
— The Celestine Prophecy, by James Redfield ⁣
— The Power of Now and A New Earth, by Eckhart Tolle⁣
— Anastasiya: The Ringing Cedars of Russia, by Vladimir Megre⁣
— The Teachings of Don Juan, by Carlos Castaneda⁣
— Just Breathe, by Dan Brulè⁣

What are some books that have left an impression on you and impacted your spiritual growth?

I’ve personally done quite a lot of solo travel and it’s brought many amazing experiences and great memories. I personally love it and enjoy the time to wander and reflect. But it isn’t for everyone. ⁣

Solo travel can be intimidating, cost inefficient or just no fun without someone to share it with. I know a lot of people end up not going on the adventures they want because they don’t want to travel alone. It can be challenging to find travel companions for a variety of reasons — cost, time off, similar interests, and on and on. ⁣

One of the great things about a retreat is that you can have everything you want out of a vacation, without flying solo. They start with a group of individuals and end with a group of friends. You experience things together and bond and form a brotherhood.⁣ I’ve seen it happen at each of our retreats.

What’s been your experience with solo versus group travel? Ever been to a retreat? Drop a comment and let’s talk.⁣

We have traveled to Himalayas for energy practices before our next Bali retreat.

There is something so magical about this place, it holds very special energy as soon as you arrive you feel it.

We use certain times of the year for purification practice and others for absorbing energy at different locations around the world, each location is better suited for the type of practice.

Our trekking guide has some sacred places lined up for us on this trip and we will also be visting some remote communities only accessible by foot, these communities have techniques and meditation practices with lineage going back 2000 years,so we are really excited and blessed to have this opportunity to live and studdy amongst them.

The Himalayas is just just one of our Amazing sites for the year. Send us a DM for our yearly program and to find out Our next destination you can join
