We are located in the area called “Bukit” in English “Hill” in the southest part of Bali, at 200 meter (10 minutes walking distance) from the legendary beaches of Uluwatu and Padang Padang. YOGA SEARCHER is a unique Eco-Lodge for yoga lovers offering 8 “Joglo”, wooden villas, built in recycled wood following the traditional architecture from central Java
Our salty water pool is without chlorine, a

s we want to avoid the use of the chemical. The Spa is open from 11 am until 7pm and offers various style of massage, exfoliation treatment, manicure and pedicure. If you would like to have a treatment, please book it at the reception. This is the place where on Tuesday and Friday you can experience a detox night which consist in a sequence of infrared sauna, herbal steam sauna, hot bath and ice bath. Included in the price. Up to these stairs there is a Big Shala where you going to practice yoga. Please check in at the reception first. Just in front our Vegetarian Vegan café where you will have daily breakfast, it’s open from 7.30.am until 10pm.

Under the full moon energy, we will practice together to let go of things that no longer serve purposes. With this practice, you will receive frequency, vibration & voice that can heal layers of your body.

The evening will begin with a calming guided meditation led by Komal a mindful practitioner. Breathwork, a broad term encompassing various techniques and practices involving conscious control of the breath, has been recognized for its potential benefits on physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Stress reduction, Improved mental clarity, Enhanced emotional well-being, Improved respiratory function, Enhanced self-awareness, and mindfulness.

The cold is an acute, hormetic stressor. This is very different from the chronic stress of problems at work, financial worries, or family pressures. It’s the kind of stress that if suffered for prolonged periods would kill us. Another example of hormetic stress is physical exercise. In short bursts over several weeks, we notice an improved tolerance, we adapt and even feel good whilst undertaking the stress.

Ice baths and cold water exposure work in a similar way, the benefits are realized through revisiting the stressor and thus adapting to it, so let’s dig into them.
