Can’t say enough great things about the castle and Mary our host.
The castle was incredible, the pictures are totally accurate but don’t even do it justice. Mary was probably the best host I’ve ever stayed with, she met us on arrival, the place was spotless, beds made, she stocked the kitchen with bread, eggs, bacon, fruit, and she even put out flowers!

This was a family trip for my parents 40th anniversary and we haven’t stopped talking about the castle since we got home. Mary also gave great recommendations for local activities and restaurants and even made us reservations at a local pub having a traditional Irish music night for our first night of the stay.

Mary perfectly balanced being welcoming, helpful, and giving us privacy, she lives close by (off site) but was always available by message. Castle is very authentic but still has great amenities like washer/dryer, full kitchen, etc.'
