But if you really want to start or end your motorcycle rental or tour at Dublin Airport then we can deliver or collect your motorcycle at Dublin Airport. We'll meet you at arrivals and we'll walk to your motorcycle. We can have helmets and riding gear ready for you too.

So what's with our bombardment of posts, photos and reviews all in one day we hear you ask!

Well, as a micro enterprise, we operate with mainly just three staff. This way we keep very tight control of standards to make sure we meet your expectations as much as possible. As a result we work seven days a week and twelve hour days leaving not much time to boast about our successes on a daily basis.

Having just returned from a "no eyelids" tour of India where we met our Royal Enfield colleagues and partners we are now laying in bed feeling pretty ill having picked up a bug on the plane.🤢🤢

So what better way to spend one's time in bed but to effectively keep working and catch up on our social media posts😁.

We must mention at this time our professional mechanic, retail assistant, rental assistant, general shop manager and security officer Bill at this time. Without him we would not survive 🥴. He's manning the business whilst we're in bed and steps up to the plate when we go away. Kudos Billy😁.

I rented a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 for 18 days and absolutely loved it. Did a majority of the Wild Atlantic Way, the bike handled well on highways and narrow farm roads alike. It had plenty of power to get me 3000 miles in those 18 days. My girlfriend came for 5 days and we rode 2-up equally comfortable. Airbnbs were all happy to host a biker but the most fun was motocamping. I brought the bike on the ferry to Scotland for a jaunt and ended up in Cairngorms National Park for some open access camping. After riding through sheep and cow fields I found the most amazing upland valley with a single large boulder to set up camp near. The cows and bull thought I looked interesting and came to investigate and Enzo the bull (eartags w/ names) wanted to get into my panniers so bad he started trying to push the bike over to gain access. I shooed him and his harem away and fell asleep that night to the sound of red deer calling to each other along the mountain ridges. Retroventures staff were amazing, accommodating, and fair in all aspects. Rent from them and enjoy.

My husband and I did a day tour, and Chris and Elaine were beyond knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, from customizing the route and helping select the proper gear and bike; there was even a cup of tea waiting for us after a long but amazing day! We’ve visited the shop for a few years now and finally had the time to take a ride on our vacation. We had the most wonderful day touring Kerry and Cork, and Chris was the absolute BEST guide! We had a fantastic day, and I can’t wait to go back! The shop is also fantastic - huge selection of bikes and gear. My husband is an avid rider, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. As a passenger, I had the best time and can’t wait to go back for more adventures!

I spent 3 days touring West Cork and West Kerry on a 450 Himalaya. I couldn't have had a better time. This was the perfect motorcycle for the roads in the West of Ireland. The motorcycle was basically brand new, had more than enough power for the wonderful Irish roads, and is no larger or heavier than necessary. A great all around motorcycle and a business owned and operated by lovely people. There is no reason to rent bikes at twice the size and twice the cost. These were 3 of the best motorcycling days ever. Some of the most spectacular scenery on the planet. Finally, Adare is adorable little town and perfectly situated to start your tour of the West of Ireland.

I rented a Royal Enfield 650cc at RetroVentures for 5 days and then drove a part of the Wild Altantic. I would recommend this company to everyone. You get a reliable, beautiful motorcycle, the owner is very friendly and enthusiastic and will help you on your way. You can really see that his company is his passion. What a relief compared to other commercial car/motorcycle rental companies.

Just finished the trip of a lifetime through Southwest Ireland thanks to the fine people at Retro Ventures. The best deal I could find, and they could not have been friendlier or more professional! The bike was in perfect condition and the gear I rented was top notch. I even got to experience a tourist-free riding loop thanks to their advice and recommendation. Do yourself a favor and get out of Dublin to rent your motorcycle from these guys. Thank you so much. I’ll be back ASAP!

I can’t praise this place highly enough! I had a gorgeous day on a Himi 450- Chris & team made everything so seamless and pleasurable. Even tho the day was rainy I stayed warm & dry thanks to the great gear. I saw some of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen in my life- totally off the beaten path. The pre-programmed phone with directions made everything so easy and just made the day pure joy! I’m and grateful and will def come back to do a longer tour!

Hired a Royal Enfield GT from these guys for a 2 day trip through the ring of Kerry. They were both very kind and helpful in getting me ready for my trip, I felt very well taken care of, even thoughtful enough to lend me some waterproof pants incase in rained. Which it did and I was saved some wet pants! Bike ran beautifully through the winding roads. I was out on the road riding all day and was surprised how comfortable I was. I had the most amazing experience doing the ring of Kerry and highly praise RetroVenture for their part in it.

Anyone who puts so much heart and soul into their company deserves to be showered with praise. In such a friendly atmosphere, even a spilt tea can't put the two owners off their stride. Amazing service, great bikes and secret tips for marvellous spots are included in the all-inclusive package.

Their service gave me a wonderful holiday and I wish Elaine & Chris all the best for the future.
