"Just back from a great holiday staying at the Little Cow Farmhouse. The house is beautifully renovated while still feeling like a lovely Irish country cottage. We were shocked by the incredible WiFi speed (which came in useful with a fairly wet week and three kids to entertain!), the beds were so comfortable with lovely bed linen and the coffee machine a fab extra in the kitchen! The backyard was a great place for our three boys to throw a ball about and there was plenty of space out the front for our two cars.
Despite the weather we got out a couple of times a day for walks, just put the wellies and coats on. Favourite walk was the Miners Way just past the farmhouse - stunning location and such a good walk for a young family. With so much to see and do, we'll definitely be back."
