Networking Definition:

Cathriona is a Nutritionist qualified in Nutritional Therapy from the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health, Dublin. Originally from Nenagh Co.Tipperary,Cathriona now lives locally here in Athlone and is a busy mum of two girls!👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

Cathriona has now spent almost a decade seeing clients and prior to this she spent 15 yrs in the Pharmaceutical world in research and Development. After obtaining a degree in Chemistry, her interest in Nutrition over the years led her to a post graduate diploma in Nutrition.
