And we're absolutely delighted to be heading to The Seamus Ennis Arts Center this weekend to join them in their annual Garden Party celebration!

We've been looking forward to this one for a bit now, and due to some lineup changes for the night, it so happens we have the whole place to ourselves now, meaning we get to thoroughly get right to the core of ye and energize every single cell in your body 😊

This venue of course needs very little introduction, so we're beyond delighted and honoured to make our way to and give it all we've got as always! For more info about the gig, AS WELL AS TICKETS, click the article link below, and then we'll see you Saturday!
SlΓ‘n everyone!

Ireland's tiniest bird

A big thank you to Gustavo and Shane from BirdWatch Ireland for taking us on a walk on the nature trail last Saturday at Sonairte. Thanks to Gustavo's amazing eye sight he was able to spot a Goldcrest, the nation's smallest bird!

After the walk we watched Sean Ronayne's documentary in the long hall, showing his mission to record the sound of every bird species in Ireland – that's nearly 200 birds.

What is Bird Watching?
β€’ It's observing birds in their natural habitat without interference.
When you pay attention to the birds around you, you'll quickly move beyond the familiar ones and start noticing many others, including rare species. The more you learn, the more you'll see and want to see.

Wingfullness
Experience the freedom of birds to alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression. Numerous testimonials and books support this benefit, so try "Wingfulness" today!
