Big news ….The fantastic Broadhaven Bay Hotel in have just won the highly contested award for ‘Irelands Best Hotel Team’ at the 2024 Hi Style Awards which were held in Cork this evening. 🤗🏆🍾🙌

Mayo Arts Service is pleased to announce two festival focused workshops taking place online. For those programming festivals, these workshops will be a source of information for your future events. These workshops, facilitated by industry professionals, will delve into approaches to programming and the funding needed to build your festival programme.

Day 1: Approaches to programming your Festival. November 29th | 1- 2pm.

We will be joined by Carlow Arts Festival and Cairde Arts Festival directors who will discuss their approaches to programming festivals. There will be a range of programming approaches highlighted and participants will be invited to ask questions at the end of the session.

Day 2: Funding your Festival. December 3rd | 11.30am - 12.30pm

There will be a range of funding options highlighted and participants will be invited to ask questions at the end of the session. Funding options discussed on the day will be Arts Act grants, Regional Festivals & Participative Events and Creative Ireland Mayo.

Both information sessions are free of charge, but places are limited. To register for these workshops please contact [email protected]. You will receive your zoom link upon registration.
