Thanks to the volunteers for participating in yesterdays clean up of the Glen Walk in Ennistymon Town. Members of the Burren Ecotourism Network including Slieve Elva B&B , Lisdoonvarna Fáilte CLG - North Clare Sports & Amenity Park , Burren Court Holiday Homes, The Burren, Co Clare , Aloha Surf School, Fanore, Co.Clare, Ireland , Cliffs of Moher Experience, Falls Hotel & Spa and Irish T-Shirts participated and as always many hands make light work! Thanks also to the team at the Falls Hotel and Spa for the kind hospitality afterwards. The regular clean ups and litter picking sessions on the beaches and river banks of North Clare over the past three years have resulted a huge reduction in bottles, cans, plastics and non biodegradable items stuck in the grass, rocks and fences. The local businesses and community groups have a great sense of pride in their area as is always evident with the attendance. More dates to follow in 2025!
