Update Video - Friday 26th June 2020
We'll soon be getting back to our regular weekly videos, but ahead of Phase 3 kicking in this Monday, here's Bundoran Tourism Officer Shane Smyth with a quick update!
Don't forget for the latest updates on what's opening in Bundoran, check https://discoverbundoran.com/coronavirus/
We were delighted to have a surprise visit to Bundoran this morning by the one and only Daniel O'Donnell! He kindly took time out to perform for the residents of both Ozanam House and Inbhear Na Mara outdoors in the sunshine on his unofficial tour of nursing homes in the county. A great day for all the residents. Here he is singing "Home to Donegal". Thanks Daniel!
Traditional Irish Soda Bread with HardyBaker
Looking for a way to spend the Bank Holiday? Ever wanted to try make Irish soda bread? Well as many of us have a bit of extra time at the moment, we asked Laura from the HardyBaker to show us how. And even if you don't have that much time, it only takes 1 hour!
Check out the recipe and method in full at https://discoverbundoran.com/2020/05/make-irish-soda-bread-with-hardybaker/
As Laura said, it's an easy recipe that anyone could make, so our Tourism Officer had a go!
You can check out his attempt here ----> Shane Smyth
Discover Bundoran's first YouTube video
