Well. O'Donoghue's was mobbed last night with tunes to 11:30 and beyond.
Having enjoyed tunes to nearly 3 am at the Munster Fleadh on Saturday, we are up for another dose of balalds and trad at Donoghues of Cashel, tonight/ All kicks off around 8:30 I susect Spancil Hill and maybe ClareTo Here will be sung....

Happy EUROPE DAY from Cashel, Ireland's key town in the Charter of European Rural Communities.
Pictured below are groups of children from our two Primary schools, St. John The Baptist Boys and Girls National schools Cashel, along with Tipperary Municipal District Officials and Cashel Friends of Europe Chair Ciara Quinlan,The EU Flag was raised as 11:15 am on the Cashel Plaza by Councillor Declan Burgess Cathaoirleach for Tipperary/Cahir/Cashel Municipal District . He was joined by Councillor Roger Kennedy for the flag raising ceremony.
Tomorrow is EUROPE DAY, which will be celebrated in Cashel at 11am on the Plaza. Hosted by the Cashel Friends of Europe Association. Cashel is Ireland's lead town in the EU Charter of Rural Communties. Pictured below are of some of the members of the Cashel Friends of Europe.
A quick haeds up The Cashel Friends of Europe are holding a table quiz in Brosnan's this Friday. €40 per table, proceeds to help send Cashel Youths to EU Rural Charter meetings. All welcome , be there by 8pm.

Cashel Chamber of Commerce expresses its delight at the decision by the Tipperary County Council to grant planning to the Office of Public Works for the material change of use of the Healthcare Centre on The Kiln, Cashel, to offices and associated staff facilities.
Speaking after the announcement of the planning decision, Chamber President Martin Lynch said that this was indeed welcome news for the dedicated staff and management at the Rock of Cashel who have been managing and working within limited facilities for the last number of years. Their perseverance and commitment to maintaining the integrity and beauty of the Rock of Cashel, despite the challenges, is truly commendable.
These works will not only improve the working conditions for the staff but also enhance the experience for everyone who visits the Rock of Cashel. We believe that these new facilities will play a significant role in preserving and showcasing the rich history and culture of our beloved Cashel.
The Chamber looks forward to seeing these new facilities brought into use as soon as possible. We believe that this development will bring about a positive change for everyone involved.

This year's Cashel event will BE ON THE PLAZA, in keeping with Tipp County Council's drive to reduce the carbon footprint of festivals and events in 2024.
If you are a community group and would like to perfom a 10 minute slot on the Sunday afternoon, please contact our Secretary Declan Burgess.
If you are a band/singer and would like to peform on the Plaza stage, then again, please contact Declan Burgess.
The Plaza event will begin at 1pm.

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know we’re on the case with the Christmas tree lights in town. Turns out, after our electrician had a look, someone’s gone and damaged them over the weekend.?
We’re trying to get new lights, but it might take a couple of days to sort out. Hang in there!
Also, a friendly reminder to all – let’s look after our festive lights and displays around town.
Messing with them isn’t cool, and fixing them up again costs the Chamber and our local businesses quite a bit.
Let’s keep Cashel looking merry and bright! 🌟
