Please help our neighbours

As many of our fellow tennis clubs may be aware, our dome was destroyed beyond repair at the hands of recent Storm Isha so we have just launched a Go Fund Me Campaign to assist with the replacement of our dome so our courts can be under cover again in the shortest timeframe possible. Please give what you can, it’s also just as important to please share this as much as possible with as many clubs and sporting organisations as you can. This endeavour, along with everything else we are doing will ensure we will be under cover again very soon.

A coffee morning will take place to help raise funds for Melon Educate.

It will take place at Lough Lannagh Holiday Village on Saturday (20th), between 10.30am and 1.30pm.

Come along for tea and coffee and some great treats while supporting this great cause.

All proceeds go towards Melon Educate to support their literacy hubs and school building development in Cape Town, South Africa.

This event is being organised by local girl Emma Sheeran.

The Linenhall's Bolay Residency 2023 will open for applications next Fri 19 May at midnight.

The annual residency includes use of our purpose-built artist studio in the Linenhall, accommodation at Lough Lannagh Village, tailored mentorship, our new purpose-built digital suite, an artist fee of €8,000, a materials budget and an exhibition opportunity at the Linenhall in 2024.

Previous recipents are Bryan Gerard Duffy (2020), Maria McKinney (2021) and Dominic Thorpe (2022).

More details to come next week - stay tuned!

The Bolay Residency is kindly funded by The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon with support from Lough Lannagh Village.
